my 2 words would be STAY AWAY specially for after Sales service……. Got my Mach E 2023 from them let me try point out the issues that I had below -had my first service booked and my appointment was for 5pm service……. Got my Mach E 2023 from them let me try point out the issues that I had below -had my first service booked and my appointment was for 5pm, but walk in at 11am been told that I would have to wait for 2 hence I decided to come back at 5pm -Gave my car in at 5pm got it back at 7pm they literally started working on it at 6:30 the reason I know this is because they called me in to ask where the lock for ties bolts are. Point been I had to wait 2 hours any which ways which was told will be maximum 40min ☹ -Secondly to my surprise when out to see my car, as they proudly advice complimentary wash, which was not provided. -Sat in my car saw the sign for screen washing liquid been empty no one looked at that and I was under the assumption they would actually refill it as a normal servicing does. -I had some scratches on my Car rims, and I paid extra for them to get fixed if something happens to them when I bough the car asked the lady at the service desk when I came in she adviced that they only provide the service on Thursday and the guy responsible would give me a call never ever got a call. -Now the most interesting part got a survey which I rated based on my experience, I was abroad and I got a call from Service director spoke to me really well, I gave him the exact snapshot which I have listed above and he was really willing to help me and advice me that once I back in the country, they will come pick my car, give me a replacement car, will be doing a complete clean of car inside and out and on top life time tier rotation 😊 which I wasn’t sure how many times I would be using. And I was advised to give the call back to the Service Director when I am in country and all on the listed addon will be provided But the catch was I would get another survey in next couple of days and I need to rate them best but unfortunately I never received the survey. -Fast forward I came back to the country called the service director after trying to give him the back ground and reminding him of out communication he asked me if I have competed the survey and I said that I never got any survey, he is straight up reply was oh in that case I cannt do any thing for you which was an absolute disappointment… so all in all as long as I did gave them 5 star in the survey which genuinely I didn’t receive they would be all happy. Sorry for long review but just wanted to make sure if you are buying here don’t expect even mediocre service… as all of there reviews are for new purchase and all the negative reviews are for after sales service… please be mindful and don’t get distracted by there amazing review at Google. April 02, 2024 Terrible, she played games for four hours and I had to leave with her nonsense. Another dealership got me in and out. I bought the exact same blue Ford Maverick at the un-named dealership instead for 2K less @ 8.9% for $340 a month. Tania Stewart was going to charge me the $26+ at 12% for $500 month!!!!! She even tried pushing it on me telling me it was a good deal for me. I have investigated your accusations thoroughly and found them not to be true and factual. First off, Mullinax Ford is an Upfront Price dealer at all our locations. So, while it’s true you did purchase the same Ford Maverick at our other location, you paid the same $26,879 as you would have bought it in Kissimmee. The price was not $2,000 less as your review states. Second, the loan we got you approved for was for a $342.21 monthly payment, not $500.00 per month as your review states. This is only two dollars more per month than the $340.00 per month you stated you got. Finally, you put more money down than you offered in the Kissimmee deal and you went to a private lender for the financed balance, so you are correct that you were able to get a lower interest rate because you financed less with the bank. Banks usually give lower interest rates when customers finance less. And since you financed with an outside bank, of course they could get you “in and out” because you already did the longest part of the transaction by getting your own loan paperwork done with your bank. We hope you enjoy your new Maverick for many years to come but I don’t think your Kissimmee experience went as bad as your review stated. In an investigation, as I know from a professional standpoint, you would need to speak to everyone involved before coming to an assessment. That, you did not. You made no attempts to speak to my wife or myself. That would indicate your claims at a thorough an investigation is a false and actually poorly conducted. It is true I used my own financing after your loan sharks tried taking their greedy chunk. Your dealer did present me with $500 a month payments, she did say the truck is in demand and cost $2000 more, that I was presented with $341 a month is a bold face lie. It is also a lie I placed more money down. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised as staff reflects management. Also you could have spoken with me personally had I’d been able to at least email you, but you have public access blocked. Your response also goes on with false numbers that you were not there for the four hours it spent to get to signing, you have many claims for a man who was not present. I am enjoying my Ford Maverick, thank you so much for your interest. So take it from the person that was present that day and actually had the bad experience at Kissimmee Mullinax, it was that bad and now worse that I see how you operate yourself. I. Needed a liftgate actuator replaced. Santiago, my service agent, told me that since they had the part, they could get the work done almost immediately! I was "second" in line. And we were informed that it was just a system. Yesterday, 3 months after the warranty ended, we returned to the store with a desire to change cars, and our nightmare began. The SAME STORE that previously reported that it was not a problem with the transmission now they say that my car needs to have the transmission changed a budget of 7 thousand dollars! We were injured, deceived for a year and now the loss is ours! I don't recommend this place even for my biggest enemy More
