Mr. Rose, We are sorry to hear about your experience, we always strive to give all of our customers professional and positive experiences and it seems that your visit was sub par to our standards. It is our understanding that your service advisor, Tamara, did in fact order the three-prong plug needed for your vehicle, but it was never entered into your paperwork, which is why Anna couldn’t find any note of it when you called to check in with us. We can assure you that this was addressed and will not happen again going forward. It is also our understanding that our Assistant Service Director, Kelly, reached out to you numerous times in an attempt to further speak with you in regard to your visit, but was unsuccessful. Again, we do apologize if you feel as though we did not communicate properly while your vehicle was with us for service, and we hope that you will give us another shot in the future to show you just how we do business here at Mullinax.
