Mr. Freeman, We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your vehicle. The car you purchased -- a 2013 Volkswagon -- has a 50/50 warranty on it. That means that within the first 60 days, we'll split the repair costs with you 50/50. You still have about 30 days left on the 50/50 warranty. You sold me a vehicle with no oil in it. I took for granted that i shouldn't have had to check it before driving the car off the lot. This is my sons first car. I paid CASH for it. I stupidly assumed the oil level was part of the pre sell checks that your dealership supposedly does. This turned a happy moment into a sad and costly one for me and my son.
