Mullinax misdiagnosed my oil leak and still charged me $55 for the oil change. I should have not been charged for an unneeded oil change when my truck still had 66% life left on the existing oil. Leaking More

Hi Mr. Murphy, After speaking with several of the staff members you interacted with during your recent visit to our dealership, it has been brought to our attention that you were abusive. You had a 10:00 service appointment and became angry that your vehicle was not immediately pulled into a bay for service. By 10:10, you had berated several staff members and threatened legal action. At that point, the team decided that you are not the type of customer who we like to work with and suggested that you find a different dealership for your service. You called Ford and they suggested the same thing. It should be noted that this vehicle was not purchased at our dealership. As you indicated during your visit, the other Ford dealership tried to fix the dashboard issue previously and has asked you not to return. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
