Mullinax misdiagnosed my oil leak and still charged me $55 for the oil change. I should have not been charged for an unneeded oil change when my truck still had 66% life left on the existing oil. Leaking $55 for the oil change. I should have not been charged for an unneeded oil change when my truck still had 66% life left on the existing oil. Leaking around the oil pan NOT the oil plug. Never should have changed the oil before finding the true cause of the leak. More
I walked into the Service Department at the main building with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quic with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quick Lane Auto Center. So I made my way there and Justin helped me tremendously. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and got right to it. The whole experience took about 30 - 35 minutes from start to finish. I was super impressed! Having had past experiences in other dealerships where I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change, this was certainly unexpected and a breath of fresh air. They also took a look at my wheel alignment (at my request) and fixed it. I was charged for the inspection but not the repair because I was told it was just slightly off so it was waived. I really don't know of many other dealerships who would do that. Thank you so much to the staff at the Quick Lane Auto Center for always keeping my experience consistent. It really helps to know that I will always get great service each time I head that way. More

I have purchased 4 vehicles from them. All have been great and pleasant experiences, with no hidden agendas/costs. The quicklane is the only place I have my vehicles' maintenance done. I purchased a brand new 2020 F150 and the glove box and dashboard has been warped for over 6 months. The entire dash and glove box has already been replaced and still defective. The problem is so severe dashboard has been warped for over 6 months. The entire dash and glove box has already been replaced and still defective. The problem is so severe the light sensor doesn't even touch the door. Hmm...let me get stuck with a dead battery somewhere because of this lemon. (This is a widely known defect by ford: Glovebox misalignment Technical Service Bulletin # 18-2306) I had set an appointment with Kelly Williams over in the service department at Mullinax Ford for 09/25/2021 at 10am to have my defective glove box looked at a second time. When I gave my keys to the service department, I asked how long and they said well we close at 4pm. So I asked for my keys back and went to Kelly to complain which is who booked the appointment. He said that the way their appointments work and that is when I am "allowed" to to drop my vehicle off. This is not what I had agreed to or planned for. I went and asked to speak to the person in charge of the dealership and they directed me back to Kelly. Finally, one of the GM's (Shawn Marks) came over after 30 minutes, didn't say anything to me and Kelly started feeding him a line of garbage and I just sat silent until he was done. I told the GM the situation and that I am tired of wasting my time over something that is not my fault and I am not happy over the situation. The GM told me that is how appointments work here. Keep in mind I have been dealing with a 50k defective lemon now for well over 6 months so I kindly asked at this point if if my time has no value would you possibly respect my attorney's time. They flipped a lid and told me they can't talk to me once you say the word attorney. I said that's fine and walked back over to the front desk to make a formal request for the dealears attorney's contact information to mediate a resolution. They refused and told me that my attorney needs to get a hold of theirs. After leaving the dealership, I was very aggravated, ready to cut my losses, and dump the truck because I have invested too much time in this lemon. I had been dealing with the salesperson Joseph Zingg. While I had informed him of what transpired, he assured me that wasn't an issue and I don't have to deal with either of those people if I buy a vehicle in lieu of a repair. Then I get a phone call from a guy named Estaban Ramierez telling me that they don't feel comfortable selling me a truck and I can bring mine in and they will cut me a check for 39k and I can leave. I'm thinking, so I invest all this money in a truck to take a loss and this dealership gets to take mine, fix it under warranty on ford's dime another time, and resell it for 46k or whatever they plan on getting for someone else to get a lemon? This place reeks of bad business. While I may not be able to invoke the lemon law at this time because I am being denied the 3 repair attempts Florida allows you, there are other avenues I plan on pursuing for the breach of contract that has taken place. And it's totally fine you don't want me to speak to your attorney. I tried to remedy the situation without seeking legal action via an additional repair attempt or buying a replacement vehicle none of which was amenable to your management team. Final take away, the management at this dealership is rude, refuses warranty service, and tries to force the customer to take a loss on a ford lemon. Not me, my time does have value, find someone else for that. More
Needed oil change on my new Ranger, was told to bring it in to the “Quick Lane”, no appt needed and can see wait on their website. Got there and their website said next open time was in 15 min, showed no o in to the “Quick Lane”, no appt needed and can see wait on their website. Got there and their website said next open time was in 15 min, showed no one waiting. Went to counter and was told it would be 2-3 hours, there were 3 people in front of me. Showed them their site on my phone and they said the time it showed was for the next person in line. Made no sense as there was only 1 woman sitting in the waiting area. 2-3 hours for 3 oil changes is ridiculous too if there were 3 waiting. Never had trouble getting oil changed in PA, always in and out in at most an hour. Honda dealer serviced my Honda 2 weeks ago within 38 min of my appt. Had appt last week at Greenway and got the same run around of 2-3 hours, ended up leaving there too. Why do they make appts for waiting or advertise “quick” service but then want your car for hours? If you can’t trust their service how can you trust buying from them? More
