After 20 years of my mother in-law buying vehicles for themselves and their kids from Mullinax Apopka today she was completely disregarded and told good luck after she was mislead and lied into buying a p themselves and their kids from Mullinax Apopka today she was completely disregarded and told good luck after she was mislead and lied into buying a product that was incorrectly sold. She bought a vehicle a few months ago and she was told by the finance manager to buy an extended warranty because it would be helpful if any issues would come up, and that it would only be $50 deductible per occasion. My mother in law has trusted Mullinax Apopka for over 20 years and did not expect to be deceived or lied to at all so she bought the warranty trusting they were looking at her best interest. The car ended up having an overheating issue, so she brought the vehicle back today to use the warranty. When she went back to speak to someone to get some help she was told it was actually $500 deductible per occasion and not $50, she said that was not what she was told and asked to speak to a trusted salesman who had helped her all these years because it did not sound right , he brought the paperwork and told her she misread and good luck. This isn't the type of service you want from a dealer you have been trusting and buying vehicles and having your kids buy vehicles for over 20 years! This is truly dishonorable and unethical for someone to take advantage of someone who has trusted you for this long. We were about to buy 2 new vehicles again from Mullinax Apopka but we will no longer be moving forward with that decision. More

Mullinax misdiagnosed my oil leak and still charged me $55 for the oil change. I should have not been charged for an unneeded oil change when my truck still had 66% life left on the existing oil. Never should have changed the oil before finding the true cause of the leak. More
I walked into the Service Department at the main building with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quic with the intention of scheduling an appointment to have my 2 recalls looked at, when they informed me that these recalls could be handled by the Quick Lane Auto Center. So I made my way there and Justin helped me tremendously. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and got right to it. The whole experience took about 30 - 35 minutes from start to finish. I was super impressed! Having had past experiences in other dealerships where I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change, this was certainly unexpected and a breath of fresh air. They also took a look at my wheel alignment (at my request) and fixed it. I was charged for the inspection but not the repair because I was told it was just slightly off so it was waived. I really don't know of many other dealerships who would do that. Thank you so much to the staff at the Quick Lane Auto Center for always keeping my experience consistent. It really helps to know that I will always get great service each time I head that way. More
