Please note that the below experience happened at a different Mullinax dealership in Florida however they have chosen to completely ignore calls and emails. I can only assume it's a company wide issue different Mullinax dealership in Florida however they have chosen to completely ignore calls and emails. I can only assume it's a company wide issue since my Mullinax dealership was made aware that I would notify corporate and they actually laughed. Please read any other reviews of mine and see I do not leave negative reviews, however this is necessary. My 2020 Ford Explorer ST had been to Mullinax twice, once for recalls and once for an oil change. A short time after the second service the vehicle experienced an electrical issue and is still under warranty. After two days at the dealership we were notified it was a rodent problem. The dealership could not and would not provide any proof of this rodent problem. They saved the damaged part however the wire is cleanly cut with no damage to the connector or any signs of a rodent chewing on anything. When challenged on this they changed to a possible crash, something from the roadway flying up and cutting the wire and then said it was "probably a small mouse". They told me they saw rodent droppings but could not show me due to the "concealed location" of the damaged part. I asked if a mechanic may have possibly nicked the wire during the prior service, they said I have no proof of that and so it's on me to pay the $750 bill. I explained they couldn't provide proof of their claim and the service manager actually laughed at me and stated that they do not provide proof nor do they have to. With everyone having access to a camera phone it's hard to believe a simple picture to make a customer feel at ease is out of the question when a strange repair is needed. They have ignored emails and phone calls, absolutely terrible customer service. This incident has many more details however due to space I'll leave it at be extremely careful if you decide to use Mullinax Ford for ANY service related issues! Find another Ford dealership that actually cares about its customers satisfaction. More

Dealing with Nelson for the sale was great and Eddie for paperwork was too. That is were that ends. They will sell you a used vehicle that is not really checked over. You get an oil change and some reconditioning after that buyer beware. The Nissan Titan I bought had had problems from the minute we left the dealership. It was brought back the next day. It had to be sent to a Nissan dealer to work on. Inconvenienced for almost 2 weeks because when it was ready nobody wanted to pick it up because they were on the hook for a $900 bill. Now a month into driving it and it starts leaking oil. Bring it to a Nissan dealership to diagnose. Issue is a loose oil filter installed by Mullinax. Need to replace with OEM one not aftermarket. Also told that they brake fluid is bad and the fuel filter is overdue and needs attention. The fluid was tested and didn’t meet spec anymore. Again buyer beware. So I pass on all service and bring it back to Mullinax. Micah writes it up but only for oil leak. Everything think else is (maintenance). Maintenance that they should have performed prior to selling. Again buyer beware. So 3 hours of waiting around and no fix. All I requested was an OEM filter. 6 hours later still no filter delivered to them. No rescheduling for after New Years. The best part is I was told I need to pay a $100 deductible. It my fault their incompetent tech put a bad or loose filter on a vehicle that leaked. I explained that it’s on them to make it right. If all the oil had leaked out it would cost them an engine. You try to make it better for them and they just screw you even more. Oh I shouldn’t worry because the service advisors are there to be on your side. What an xxxxxx joke. Nothing in service here is worth the hassle. I told them how unethical of a place this was. Go somewhere else. More

After 20 years of my mother in-law buying vehicles for themselves and their kids from Mullinax Apopka today she was completely disregarded and told good luck after she was mislead and lied into buying a p themselves and their kids from Mullinax Apopka today she was completely disregarded and told good luck after she was mislead and lied into buying a product that was incorrectly sold. She bought a vehicle a few months ago and she was told by the finance manager to buy an extended warranty because it would be helpful if any issues would come up, and that it would only be $50 deductible per occasion. My mother in law has trusted Mullinax Apopka for over 20 years and did not expect to be deceived or lied to at all so she bought the warranty trusting they were looking at her best interest. The car ended up having an overheating issue, so she brought the vehicle back today to use the warranty. When she went back to speak to someone to get some help she was told it was actually $500 deductible per occasion and not $50, she said that was not what she was told and asked to speak to a trusted salesman who had helped her all these years because it did not sound right , he brought the paperwork and told her she misread and good luck. This isn't the type of service you want from a dealer you have been trusting and buying vehicles and having your kids buy vehicles for over 20 years! This is truly dishonorable and unethical for someone to take advantage of someone who has trusted you for this long. We were about to buy 2 new vehicles again from Mullinax Apopka but we will no longer be moving forward with that decision. More
