I made a diagnostic appt. (per my mechanic) for my car because my washer fluid motor kept running. He unplugged the motor so it did not burn out but wanted me to get the diag (per my mechanic) for my car because my washer fluid motor kept running. He unplugged the motor so it did not burn out but wanted me to get the diagnostic because the washer motor checked out ok. Well needless to say I was quite surprised when my estimate was almost $3,000. The estimate included wiper blades (I had replaced them 3 weeks before), checked the battery and stated I needed a new one (battery was less than 8 months old), I also needed a windshield wiper motor (nothing about the windshield washer motor, which is the reason I took it there), estimate also states Technician recommends a SCCM (that's all the controls inside the steering column)....not done yet...Technician recommends a battery cable, ready for the battery cable price...... $870.00. This is my second review which is probably why they don't want to do anything on my car. Kelly did call and ask what they could do to make this right. But a lie is a lie no matter how big or small. My mechanic called Mullinax and requested they flash, calibrate (not sure what it's called, so I did take my car back and they said they took care of the flash, calibrate and Kelly refunded my diagnostic fee of $199.95 to my charge for the flash, but he stated they would not be doing anything else to my car (like fix the washer motor) because they didn't think they could fix anything to my satisfaction. Truthfully, I think they are correct. When trust is gone it's gone!!!! I have to say the Service Advisor, Sam Concite was professional. I have no problem with him but my review of Mullinax Ford is not a good one. More

The service manager lied on me. First of all verify how many times I have been to your location? You said no one wants to work with me. Did you have me at your location for almost 2 hours for a service that you said should have been 30 minutes? Did your guys patch my sidewall which is a safety violation? You admitted to me and my boss. We ordered tire 3 days prior. Called the day of gave truck make and model, and vin. When I arrive I asked do you have the tire? Your tech said we should have it. After being there two hours you finally told me you didn’t have the tire. Yes I may have been a little aggressive. It has happened to 3 other employees I work with besides me, is anything I stated untrue? So I will not take down any reviews until the truth is told. I owned mine. Will you own yours? More
