Going into this we weren't anticipating buying a car, we were just looking because my current car, that we use for everything, started having more problems. He told Dave what we would be looking for if we were to buy, we were just checking out prices to see if we could afford it. Dave didn't have exactly what we wanted but made it happen that day. He swapped cars with another dealership because they needed one he had. We went in a few days later and test drove it together. Since we were price shopping this wasn't the only dealership we went to, we had even gone to another Ford, but the customer service couldn't compare. We even had one guy have a door close behind him on us! I normally don't mind but we are going to be spending a significant amount of money you would think they would be more customer oriented. Anyways one of the other dealers we went to was KIA we were thinking of getting a Sorento since it was comparable in size and we thought would be significantly cheaper in price. We test drove one that I wasn't interested in buying at all, but that was all they had in stock, and it couldn't compare to the Edge at all! The salesman told us that he could blow us away with the price he was going to get us for the Sorento that was fully loaded, even things I didn't think were necessary but he insisted that it was going to be top of the line for way cheaper. To our surprise it was less than 1,000 savings towards the Edge. I would pay way more than 1,000 for the service, quality and luxary of the Ford. After the test drive of the KIA I couldn't imagine buying over the Ford; they may have had similar features but they still couldn't compare. We would definately recommend Mullinax to any of our friends or family members, and we look forward to doing business with Dave again; he was super personable and respected our decisions. He didn't push the sale on us yet didn't leave us high and dry either. More

We were able to pick out a couple of vehicles from the inventory, test drove two different models and quickly were able to get the price and payment information. Their one-price policy made it very easy to make the comparison we needed and to select the vehicle. The sales experience, our trade in experience, and the value was outstanding. Dan Wilkins is a great sales associate and did a great job of meeting our needs and helping us select the right vehicle. The vehicle was prepped for us and Dan did a good job of explaining the features to us as well. We love our new car, a 2011 Ford Edge. It rides great, has a great look and we are getting over 27 miles to the gallon. We purchased pretty close to the base model but it looks great and we have had a number of very positive comments.
