My experience with Mullinax Ford in Apopka, was a very positive one. I did go there with the idea of getting another vehicle. Dennis was the Sales Representative, that I worked with,and he was very good positive one. I did go there with the idea of getting another vehicle. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the Escape that I did get, which made the process easier. He even took the time to help me set up the Bluetooth, which I thought was really very nice of him. Within a couple of days, after I purchased the vehicle, he phoned to ask how I was doing with the new vehicle. Jerry Mullinax was equally gracious and gave me an additional $500 in trade. Keith found the truck I wanted- got it to Mullinax- and I drove home with it that Saturday. An outstanding performance. Although it seemed like a complicated trade-in scenario, I had 03 different vehicles to trade-in, I was never reminded of the level of difficulty. On the contrary, I was encouraged by Alan's committement to make the deal work. In the end, and in part because of his reassurance that he could close the deal, I was able to sell privately 02 of my trades basically over night, and brought cash to the table. However, I continue to praise Alan for not making that a requirement which allowed me to negotiate my other sales with leverage. Even though the car was sitting in another dealership, which failed to have the same level of committement as Alan, he was able to transfer the vehicle I wanted to make it work. Thank you Alan!! Mullinax Ford has a very relaxed atmosphere when you arrive. You are not pressured into anything and with the prices on the windows it makes the experience less of a challenge.
