My husband and I recently purchased a used car from Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Rather than being excited over our purchase, we both left frustrated and disappointed. We were not upset over the deal, but as a result of our dealings with the salesperson, Alan. When we started to questions some of the details of the purchase, he got very defensive and nearly rude. In hindsight, we both felt like we should have walked away due to his attitude. We have used Mullinax Ford many times in the past to service other cars, and have never had a problem. However, in Central Florida there are tons of choices for dealerships and used or new cars. No one should ever leave feeling poorly after spending their hard earned money. More

I was very pleased with the employees' knowledge about the vehicle I was inquiring about. I also enjoyed working with sales reps who were not overly pushy and in your face but rather were laid back and in the vehicle I was inquiring about. I have not been able to drive i Purchase at Mullinax Ford in Apopka. I bought a used car just 8 days ago from you for my wife and 2 year old son..... I have not been able to drive it for 3 of those days due to problems with the vehicle. Today I have been told that the car needs work of 1800 dollars and that its not covered by the warranty. Disgraceful........I cannot and will not leave this rest, I've been sold a substandard car in my opinion that I should have been informed needed work completing on it. This dealership is worthless! I contacted one in Apopka (Alan) and one in New Smyrna Beach (Larry) via online chat. Larry found out I was in Orlando which is closer to Apopka so he refused to help me and s (Alan) and one in New Smyrna Beach (Larry) via online chat. So I contacted Alan and he refused to help unless I came into the store, which I was only looking for a z-plan price to start out before I go in. It was a pleasant experience. Cesar was very knowlegable and friendly, he was able to take my jokes and sense of humor. I have been wanting an F-150 for about 5 years, and i always hated going to a dealer b and friendly, he was able to take my jokes and sense of humor. I have been wanting an F-150 for about 5 years, and i always hated going to a dealer because you feel ripped off when your done and don't get the vehicle you want, but Cesar was very patient and was really wanting me to get the vehicle i wanted not the one they wanted for me. I really appreciate you guys and thanks for the burgers. I will recommend you to other people, so they can have the same experience my wife and i enjoyed. Also i will always give my business to someone that stands on there own and doesn't take a government bailout, i appreciate that Ford is american made and not owned by the government.
