I was very pleased with the employees' knowledge about the vehicle I was inquiring about. I also enjoyed working with sales reps who were not overly pushy and in your face but rather were laid back and in the vehicle I was inquiring about. The day I came to pick up my vehicle and complete all the paperwork was very drawn out. It took over 5 hours from the time I arrived to the time I was finally able to drive away. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am from my Purchase at Mullinax Ford in Apopka. I bought a used car just 8 days ago from you for my wife and 2 year old son..... I have not been able to drive i Purchase at Mullinax Ford in Apopka. I bought a used car just 8 days ago from you for my wife and 2 year old son..... I have not been able to drive it for 3 of those days due to problems with the vehicle. Today I have been told that the car needs work of 1800 dollars and that its not covered by the warranty. Disgraceful........I cannot and will not leave this rest, I've been sold a substandard car in my opinion that I should have been informed needed work completing on it. This dealership is worthless! I contacted one in Apopka (Alan) and one in New Smyrna Beach (Larry) via online chat. Larry found out I was in Orlando which is closer to Apopka so he refused to help me and s (Alan) and one in New Smyrna Beach (Larry) via online chat. So I contacted Alan and he refused to help unless I came into the store, which I was only looking for a z-plan price to start out before I go in. It was a pleasant experience. Cesar was very knowlegable and friendly, he was able to take my jokes and sense of humor. I have been wanting an F-150 for about 5 years, and i always hated going to a dealer b and friendly, he was able to take my jokes and sense of humor. I have been wanting an F-150 for about 5 years, and i always hated going to a dealer because you feel ripped off when your done and don't get the vehicle you want, but Cesar was very patient and was really wanting me to get the vehicle i wanted not the one they wanted for me. I really appreciate you guys and thanks for the burgers. I will recommend you to other people, so they can have the same experience my wife and i enjoyed. Also i will always give my business to someone that stands on there own and doesn't take a government bailout, i appreciate that Ford is american made and not owned by the government. Alan was fair but like any salesperson needed upper management to close the deal. In Alans defense, he never made me feel uncomfortable and was probably the reason I sat through the 2 hr negotiation. All in all I got what I wanted a the price I wanted and they made a sale, everyone is happy! I will deal with again. More

Marty was a good sales rep, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for his staff. I visited 5 different dealerships in the same day to test drive cars I was interested in. When we sat down to talk numbers I was offered penny's for my trade in. I never asked them to bring down the price of there vehicle but if they just would of gave me book value for my truck I would of agreed to the transaction. They wouldn't budge on there ridiculously low offer. The ironic thing is I was trading in a FORD truck and every dealership I had visited that day even offered me hundreds of dollars more for my trade in on there INITIAL offer without having to negotiate a higher trade in value. They may advertise a fair price for there vehicles but don't expect to get a fair trade in price for yours. To add insult to injury I purchased the vehicle I was going to trade in from Mullinax in kissimmee where I paid almost twice as much as there "trade in value" that they offered me today and that purchase was only performed 4 months/3000 miles ago! Because of what occurred at this dealership I'm not sure I will return even If I have to purchase a vehicle without trading in my own. More
