I am not happy the way your staff handled me and this situtaion.. It has nothing to do with A profit for me as you stated. It has to do with Carmen being a back door snake.. She went around me and straight to my client just to get a sale. My client paid me so you are wrong on your statement of profit..Get your employees in check.. My most recent negative experience is still annoying me. After one year, one of my flip keys broke off in my ignition. I had to actually remove the broken piece of key with a surgical instrument. I made SEVERAL calls to the dealership and no one could give me an answer as to how to obtain a new key. I finally was told to “e-mail a picture of the broken key and it would be submitted to ford corporate for approval to get a new key made. “. After leaving EIGHT messages thereafter to confirm the receipt of the picture and the submission of the picture of the key to corporate, I was then told “Ford Has no flip keys available and you have to wait a month and then call back to begin the process all over again”. WHAT!!!!?????? Who treats a customer like this??????? I can honestly assure you I will never purchase another vehicle from Ford.

well it is now 10/30/2023 and I am still waiting for my Second Key and the replacement of my back up camera system. This is ridiculous, every time I call they keep saying they are on back order! If this doesn't get done soon, ,my next step is to get an attorney.
