Dropped my car off at 8 am for and oil change and stop a rattle. They called me later that day to let me know that the rattle was giving them an issue, and wanted it for another day. By the end of the second day, they said that they were still working on the rattle, but right now they are changing the oil in the car. I feel like they did nothing to it for the first day. I now have to find another place for service. I am not going to trust my car to misleading employees. More
I have never ever dealt with a store or situation as this. My family has owned 5 Ford dealerships in the past and we never treated anyone in this manner. I was trying to work and negotiate a deal for a client and after being bounced around by two internet sales people I never received any numbers. Finally after having to reach out 3 times I finally received them! As everyone knows you get a number and try to negotiate either the selling price or the trade. In this case it was. the trade, I was told twice the price is the price, keep In mind we are $1000 apart. I offered to split the difference at $500 and was told by the internet sale “ “Otherwise please save your time asking for more money”. Who says that!!! Mind blown. Can’t even get a email or phone call back from the General Sales Manger. More

They do NOT return phone calls when you have an issue. You get passed from person to person and no one has an answer . AND, if you have an issue with the vehicle and call for service , they tell you they have no appointments for 2-3 weeks…… they say, “we’re just very busy and do not have enough techs.” Wish I would have found out about this nonsense sooner. Never again. More

Since stopping due to Engine Coolant Recall for 2013 Fusion issue, this Recall IS NOT valid. Bought car in 2020. and even though car has cut off while driving on several busy intersections and we hav Fusion issue, this Recall IS NOT valid. Bought car in 2020. and even though car has cut off while driving on several busy intersections and we have spent over $200 on Antifreeze the Recall is not considered a Safety Hazard??? More
