The truck was sold with a powered tonneau cover that does not function and does not manually retract, making the bed effectively unusable. The vehicle also required tire balancing, which I had to address at another Ford dealership. During financing, the interest rate presented at signing was higher than what had been previously agreed upon, requiring me to stop the process and push back to get the correct terms. I worked with one salesperson as my sole point of contact throughout the transaction. After delivery, I reached out multiple times to discuss a reasonable resolution or compensation for these issues. There has been no follow-up and no willingness to address them once the sale was complete. These are problems that should have been identified and disclosed prior to sale. If you buy here, inspect everything carefully and do not expect support after the paperwork is signed. More
