Awesome Experience We had been looking for a Used Vehicle for about 3 month's. We had driven every car from a Crossover to an SUV and one day we had been out looking at We had been looking for a Used Vehicle for about 3 month's. We had driven every car from a Crossover to an SUV and one day we had been out looking at cars at the Nissan Dealership (Have owned many Nissan's for the last 25 years) my wife has Neuropathy in her feet and lower legs and nothing was comfortable for her because the seats were to low to the ground. So on the way home we were passing the Mullinax Ford dealer and she asked me what about the Ford Expedition so I pulled in and we found an extremely clean, low miles, reasonabley priced Expedition on your lot, we did test drive it and we now had something that my wife was comfortable in for riding long distances. So I told Justin Rodriguez (who we highly recommend) that I would be back in the morning. Unfortunately we got awoken by a phone call at 1:00 am and they wanted me to take my wife to the emergency room right then so we followed doctors orders. While I was sitting in the Hospital with her for several days I was researching you sight and remembered something Justin had told me about 0% Financing for 72 months through the Ford Motor Company. So I did some figuring and realized with the Specials you all were running I could purchase a new 2015 for only a few dollars more per month. So I went back to see Justin that Saturday and Justin was busy with a customer, so they had Parker help me see what vehicles were still available on your and other close lots to purchase. I had a absolute A+++++ five star experience working with your dealership. I love the fact that you have great sales consultants and awesome new and used cars to choose from, not to mention the FREE and non existent Dealer fee all of that was a BIG PLUS in my book. When my wife and I arrived for our appointment, He greeted us at the the front desk and took care of us. We went for a test drive and he explained all the features of the car. He went into great detail and explained how the MyFord Touch system worked. When we arrived back from the test drive, Frankie was able to put a great deal together including a Zero percent interest rate from Ford Credit. I really enjoyed the fact that Frankie was our single point of contact from start to finish including signing all the documents to purchase the vehicle.
