Poor overall experience I purchased my truck in early March. I had some we owes promised from sales that some were done and some weren't. I was told by my salesman that the dealer had an on site body shop. There was some body damage on the right side. Found out later the truck was sent to Maaco with out even asking me. By the way Maaco had my truck for 18 days and had to redo it. Even after the redo their work is horrible. Door speaker cover was supposed to be replaced due to rust stains. Was not replaced, Ozone machine due to smell inside was not done. Bought a certified used Ford is what they brag about and my oil life says 20% after only driving the truck for maybe 2 weeks? Was the oil even changed? Had the dealer replace a cracked 3rd brake light. Went to wash truck today and guess what the right rear of my headliner is soaking wet and water is puddling up on the carpet. Mr. Alvin Davis called me on March 27th due to a previous review to try to rectify the situation. So I returned his call minutes after his to only go to his voicemail. This was almost 2 weeks ago. He has never returned my call. I tried to call him today April 6th to vent about the water leak and in the middle of leaving him a voicemail twice the call was ended leading me to believe he is screening his calls and does not want to talk. Maybe this will help some people with their decision on their next place to purchase a car but I would steer clear. Their motto should be "Quantity over Quality". More
