This was the easiest car buying experience we’ve had. I found a car on their website that I was interested in, and Dan got in contact with me. He was able to give me an out-the-door price, as well as a tr found a car on their website that I was interested in, and Dan got in contact with me. He was able to give me an out-the-door price, as well as a trade-in offer for our car, before we even came in. We came in, test drove the car, and signed some paperwork. No haggling, and the price for both the car we purchased and the value they gave us for our trade-in were better than any other dealers we contacted. Highly recommend. More

They are not trustworthy. Everything was perfect until the payment was done. But after the deal was finalized, everything changed. When the vehicle was delivered to our home ad Everything was perfect until the payment was done. But after the deal was finalized, everything changed. When the vehicle was delivered to our home address, the service light was on. They told me that the maintenance was taken care of by them but unfortunately that was not the case. I asked couple times if they could send me a service record showing what was fixed, but I never got an answer from them for a whole month. I finally brought my car to a Mercedes Service and solved the problem. In addition, the car has missing parts which they acknowledged and noted on my bill that they would send it to my address. I never received the missing parts and whenever I tried to contact them I got contradicting answers. First they told me they already sent them; after that they indicated they were still waiting on a part and finally this week they said they actually received the parts but they wouldn't fit in my vehicle. And they are still debating if those parts come with the vehicle or not even though they did acknowledge that the parts were missing when I purchased the car . After a month of not answering my questions properly, they contacted me today asking me to bring back my vehicle so that they can change the tires with the proper ones and telling me that they can pay for an oil change (not the whole service but the oil change only!!! I am sorry but I don't need your $30) and full tank of gas (as the whole trip for me would take at least 3 hours-- again I don't need your $30 and my time is a lot more valuable than that). To sum up, if you are planning to purchase a vehicle from them, make sure you get everything you are supposed to get with the purchase! And make sure that every detail about the purchase is written and signed. I wouldn't recommend this dealership as they definitely do not know how to properly deal with the clients after the purchase is made. Also Esteban Ramirez replied my online reviews. They were claiming that I was wrong. They were saying that My vehicle has run flat tires which is not true, also has an inflation kit which is not true. They were claiming that I did not accept their offer after the vehicle is delivered which is not true, their offer was not same how they typed in when they replied. They were saying that they tried multiple times to reach me which is totally wrong. They reached me once and if we count 1 as multiple it is a different story:) They did not say any word about service issues, because there wasn't any explanation on their side. BE CAREFUL if you visit their location. Make sure everything is ok before you deliver your vehicle. More
