Mullinax Poor customer service I purchased a truck from Mullinax Ford of central Florida on January 12th at 7:00pm. I took the truck for a test drive and at that point everything seemed good with the from Mullinax Ford of central Florida on January 12th at 7:00pm. I took the truck for a test drive and at that point everything seemed good with the exception of the tailgate would not work. The salesman said he would write up a wheel for it. A few days later I tried to turn on the AC and it was making a loud noise so I called Kevin (salesman) and asked him to add it to the work order, he said ok. When I received the text in regard to the work order I sent him a follow up text to confirming the AC would be addressed he responded okay. I live in Ormond Beach so I took the day off for my service appointment. I got there early to confirm everything was on the schedule. My appointment was for 2/28 at 10:15. On the way there I was pulled over and ticketed for illegal tint on the front windshield which was on there when I purchased the truck. I spoke with the service advisor David. I explained to him that the tint needed to be removed and he told me that they were not going to do that and I need to talk to a sales person. After a few minutes, David came back over and told me that the AC would not be looked at or fixed. But if I want to pay a $200 inspection fee they would look at it. I told him it was existing issue when I purchased the vehicle and I spoke with Kevin about this. Another few minutes later he came back and said they would inspect it, but was not sure if they would fix it or not. After everything was all said and done they did not have the part to fix the tailgate and they told me they would not fix the AC unless I paid for it. I went to the dealership because I like the truck and I thought you were a reputable dealership that would honor their word. I’m finding this to be very untrue. I hope that you will reach out to me and make this right. Will customer # : 506352 I have sent this email to everyone I could. But still no response. I would never recommend this company or dealership to anyone and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. More

I purchased a 2014 F150 with great mileage and overall in descent shape. However, when I test drove the truck the tire censer light was on. I was told it just needed air. When I came back after a few weeks of working out our deal. I purchased the truck and trailer-ed it home, due to the fact I was from out of state. The day after I left I noticed that both front tires were flat. It was still on the trailer at this point. (The issue was covered up). At the time of purchase the truck had a 100+ point inspection and a 60 day warranty. Neither the 60 warranty or inspection paperwork were given to me at the time I left the dealership. After having another auto shop in my town look at the tires and rims. It was noted that all of the rims had corrosion and would not hold air. As well as the tires had "tire rot". I have been attempting to contact the dealership now for 2 + months. They have not once responded to any of my emails & most of my calls. This could have been an easy fix but they chose to make this hard and give themselves a really bad wrap. I also had a tire blow out on I-75 down town Atlanta in morning rush hour traffic. This dealership sold a tuck that was not road worthy and refuses to fix it. I have spoken to Shaun the manager a few times and he basically said it's not their problem and the warranty did not cover this. There are FL laws that say this is there problem. This was a $30,000.00 investment and now I have to put $4k into is so I can drive it.This is unacceptable. Again they could have solved this very easy but refuse to. Do not buy from this dealership. It will cost you more money. More
