When we came back in to pickup the truck it was ready and waiting for us, Joe explained the Ford Pass App to us and helped us set it up for our vehicle and he has reached out a couple of times to make sure we are happy with our purchase. As I shopped for a car I looked at several dealerships online. As I interacted with them and tried to get a feel what the real price of the car was going to be rather than the one they listed on their sit online. As I interacted with them and tried to get a feel what the real price of the car was going to be rather than the one they listed on their site, it was consistently a challenge to get them to unpack what all of their add on fees were. At Mullinax the figure Jesse gave me was the price I paid (plus tax and registration). The feel of the process was just so different than working with other dealerships. It was so much more relaxing and I could focus on the car not the negotiations. Next time I'm looking for a car I'll give Jesse a call. More
