Went in had to stand around for 30 minutes cause you can only have the salesman that talked to you help you. Waited finally got numbers. They were close but about a grand off. Went home thought it over fill only have the salesman that talked to you help you. Waited finally got numbers. They were close but about a grand off. Went home thought it over filled out a credit application. Then was told the loan was denied for 72 months could only get 60 months. Salesman said it was because of the trucks miles. He said his sales manager would try to get a deal together Sunday. Waited all day sunday. Reached out and was told deal is dead. Being irritated I reached out to another mullinax store to the salesman that originally responded. I told him the situation. Ran my credit again and was approved for 72 months at a good rate. Mullinax apopka did not even try to make a deal work. Probably sold the truck after I left and still let me fill out a credit app. Horrible service, huge waste of time!!! More

It would be well worth the travel to buy a vehicle from this dealership, there were no hidden cost, didn't pay for air in my tires and such.
