Very disappointed in this dealership. I bought a pre-certified 2015 transit connect xlt wagon. This van was to have been pre-certified but it was anything else but. They stated they changed the oil pre-certified 2015 transit connect xlt wagon. This van was to have been pre-certified but it was anything else but. They stated they changed the oil on the van per the list that they pre-certified but they did not it was black we paid for the oil change the first week. Less then 30days later we had to replace the battery 155.00 then we read on the pre-cert list they put 2 new tires on the van' problem was this is an XLT and they put the wrong rating of a tire on the van so every time they rotated the tires it caused the tires to wear badly and we could never keep air in them. We found this out after we had to replace the tires this was also a safety issue. The tail light on the rear of the van on top was broken and the rain caused headliner damage on the driver's side in the back of the van. Now less that 2 year after we bought the van we went to touch the windshield on the inside and the whole windshield lifted away from the van except at the bottom come to find out the windshield wasn't sealed except on the bottom and a few small places here and there on the rest of the windshield. We were told this was from the factory and was never sealed properly this was also a big safety issue that the windshield gives support to the front of the van and if we had a wreck could of been seriously injured. Then to top it all off because the windshield was not sealed it leaked water down under the windshield and behind the dash and now we have a big mold issue. I have a lung disease and this mold is and will cause a health issue for me. There was also a recall on the rear sliding door latch on the van and these were already replaced but they forgot to put bolts in the driver's side latch and when you hit a bump the door would open by itself. This was discovered by the local Ford dealer in our town when we took it in for the windshield inspection. Not happy with this dealership at all. Clearly pre-certified doesn't mean certified but scabbed. Do not recommend buying anything from Apopka Florida dealership. We found we were sold a van from the auction in Michigan. Very disappointed. Shame on you!! More

Arrived at 9:30 at Mullinax in Apopka and was greeted by Anastasia. Found a vehicle and started the application process and had to leave. Her coworker was suppose to reach out to us once they got all the numbers figured out. Never heard back from either one of them. I texted and called and she ignored my calls. Decided to show up and requested to see her. Once we arrived noticed vehicle was put back. She came out and stated they were extremely busy with other customers. Did she not know we were customers as well? Mullinax has declined in customer service!!! More
