Arrived at 9:30 at Mullinax in Apopka and was greeted by Anastasia. Found a vehicle and started the application process and had to leave. Her coworker was suppose to reach out to us once they got all the numbers figured out. Never heard back from either one of them. I texted and called and she ignored my calls. Decided to show up and requested to see her. Once we arrived noticed vehicle was put back. She came out and stated they were extremely busy with other customers. Did she not know we were customers as well? Mullinax has declined in customer service!!! More

Horrible service in the quick lane, they damaged my work vehicle with a lift, I show them the prove right away and the manager had zero customer service skills and he told me I was lying and that they didnt vehicle with a lift, I show them the prove right away and the manager had zero customer service skills and he told me I was lying and that they didnt do the damage, I am trying to get in contact with a higher end so they know about this abuse.
