I was greeted by A service advisor when I got to the service counter . I was asked what i was there for , I said an oil change it will be the first one on my truck . She asked if I was there before. I gave my number and she said I would get a call when done . I recieved my call and picked up my teuck . I had bought the service plan, the service advisor explained when it expires . The experience was a positive one. More

My husband is having the worst experience with the service department. They've been lacking communication and giving simple updates regarding his vehicle. Took car in for oil change to Mulinax Ford. When I asked if they wanted my name the man said no, all I need is to look up the Vin number. Didn’t like that I wasn’t treated like a returning local loyal custo if they wanted my name the man said no, all I need is to look up the Vin number. Didn’t like that I wasn’t treated like a returning local loyal customer and acknowledging my name. It rudely felt like I was reduced to a VIN number only. They later called to say I needed rear brakes. I agreed after they spoke with my husband. When I picked up the car, the price I was quoted didn’t include hazardous waste, shop supplies, or tax. They should have told me upfront. Good thing I had a credit card because I didn’t bring enough cash for the pick up. They rotated my tires but I was missing 2 valve stem covers on the left side when I picked it up. Also, when they called they never mentioned two of my tires are dangerously at the wear bars. I would have replaced them today also. That was only mentioned at the pick up. The car now makes a loud road noise when driving that it did not make prior to the service. I will instead need to take the car to a different dealership to replace the worn tires. Not a good experience trying yo give a local dealer my business. I would return if they were more polite and upfront. More

WARNING!!!!! No Dealer Fees for this dealership, it is good way to lure people into buying their used cars!! Found a vehicle online and they were so kind to offer to deliver the vehicle to our home. They provided some photos and all was fine. Had the car for a little bit and noticed that the car started to wreak of horrendous smoke smell. Then, noticed that the passenger side floor was sopping wet. Then had someone look at it and the whole passenger side from front to back was soaking wet. The under carriage of the vehicle had at least 3 inches of MUD stuck to the bottom of it. Headlights were full of condensation. Call the dealer and can't "look" at the car for at ! least 2 weeks. Right at the end of our "60" day warranty. Water was leaking into the vehicle from every which angle. What did your 40 point inspection, inspect?? Nothing!!! Will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealer ever again. BUYER BEWARE!!! Get the vehicle looked at by non Mullinax mechanic before purchasing a used vehicle from this company. Shame!! More
