I was greeted by A service advisor when I got to the service counter . I was asked what i was there for , I said an oil change it will be the first one on my truck . She asked if I was there before. And I said I bouggt the truck here, she amsaid okay you are in our system. I was asked if I was waiting for my truck and said no , she then asked what # i can be reaches at . I gave my number and she said I would get a call when done . I recieved my call and picked up my teuck . I had bought the service plan, the service advisor explained when it expires . The experience was a positive one. More

We couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of our new Ford Ranger. It was well worth flying to Orlando from South Texas. Mike Sgniar picked me up at the airport on his day off. Even though the sale was complete, he spent almost an hour showing me all of the features of my new Ranger. There was some question about Ford rebates that expired. Esteban Ramirez, sales manager, stepped to the plate and made things right. The treatment that I received from Mullinax Ford confirmed that they have exceptional integrity. I have recommended Mullinax Ford to several of my friends here even though we are in South Texas. It's worth the trip because of the exceptional service, inventory, and integrity. More
