Needed oil change on my new Ranger, was told to bring it in to the “Quick Lane”, no appt needed and can see wait on their website. Got there and their website said next open time was in 15 min, showed no o in to the “Quick Lane”, no appt needed and can see wait on their website. Got there and their website said next open time was in 15 min, showed no one waiting. Went to counter and was told it would be 2-3 hours, there were 3 people in front of me. Showed them their site on my phone and they said the time it showed was for the next person in line. Made no sense as there was only 1 woman sitting in the waiting area. 2-3 hours for 3 oil changes is ridiculous too if there were 3 waiting. Never had trouble getting oil changed in PA, always in and out in at most an hour. Honda dealer serviced my Honda 2 weeks ago within 38 min of my appt. Had appt last week at Greenway and got the same run around of 2-3 hours, ended up leaving there too. Why do they make appts for waiting or advertise “quick” service but then want your car for hours? If you can’t trust their service how can you trust buying from them? More
