Hi Mr. Murphy, After speaking with several of the staff members you interacted with during your recent visit to our dealership, it has been brought to our attention that you were abusive. You had a 10:00 service appointment and became angry that your vehicle was not immediately pulled into a bay for service. By 10:10, you had berated several staff members and threatened legal action. At that point, the team decided that you are not the type of customer who we like to work with and suggested that you find a different dealership for your service. You called Ford and they suggested the same thing. It should be noted that this vehicle was not purchased at our dealership. As you indicated during your visit, the other Ford dealership tried to fix the dashboard issue previously and has asked you not to return. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. That means that within the first 60 days, we'll split the repair costs with you 50/50. You still have about 30 days left on the 50/50 warranty. You sold me a vehicle with no oil in it. I took for granted that i shouldn't have had to check it before driving the car off the lot. This is my sons first car. I paid CASH for it. I stupidly assumed the oil level was part of the pre sell checks that your dealership supposedly does. This turned a happy moment into a sad and costly one for me and my son.
