Great experience all around. Only dealership that I could find that doesn't pressure you or hit you up with a dozen differentsales pitches. No added "Dealers Fees" is true. Price was fair for the market. Dro find that doesn't pressure you or hit you up with a dozen differentsales pitches. No added "Dealers Fees" is true. Price was fair for the market. Drove almost 2 hours to purchase our Ford Explorer and would continue to do so as well for future purchases. I would highly recommend them if you are intimidated in dealerships and/or worried about getting screwed over in DOC and Dealer Fees. Car + Tax + State Fees for Title and Registration = Price! Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle, no pressure, no haggle, they even gave me a rebate I was unaware of. And no dealer fee. The staff were awesome and Anastasia went all out, even looking pressure, no haggle, they even gave me a rebate I was unaware of. And no dealer fee. The staff were awesome and Anastasia went all out, even looking up my tag number on an existing car on the DMV website to save me a few bucks and not have to buy a new tag. More

This was the easiest purchase. We did all the paperwork a head of time. I only need to sign and submit payment. The team at the dealership was amazing. head of time. I only need to sign and submit payment. The team at the dealership was amazing. More

This vehicle already had the 5th Sent March 2021 6 months ago I purchased a 2014 F350 from your lot with the entire reasoning of pulling a 5th wheel. This vehicle already had the 5th wheel rails installed and a bedliner covering the rest. This friday when I was installing the upper half of the 5th wheel hitch, for the first use, I crawled underneith the truck bed to verify the integrity of the rail attachments to the bed and frame, but what I saw instead was holes completely rusted through the truck bed at the rail bolt locations. Now this did not just arbitrarily happen in the short time I have owned the truck as it has not even gotten 2000 miles on it since then. Instead this was obviously a pre-existing condition prior to my purchasing the truck that should have been known by your dealership when inspected and certified for sale. A prior Ford Dealership told me that it is illegal to sell a Ford truck at the dealership with holes in the bed and that they must be wholesaled at auctions. Had I known that this truck had holes rusted through the truck bed and supports I would never have purchased this truck. Now I have a truck that is not roadworthy to pull the 5th wheel RV that I intentionally purchased it for. I see structural damage that makes the truck useless to me in this condition. I am requesting from you what an honest and product supportive Ford Dealership is going to do about this issue? I will take this issue to extremes if I have to, but I'd like to think that a reasonable business will stand behind their product and sales to the Customer. More
