This dealership went above and beyond. Starting with the sales man Sonny. He took and showed us what we wanted to see then he shared his knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at. I have purchased two vehicles here in 5 months. Terrible communication from the sales team to the managers to the service department. They will sell you a used vehicle well over it's real value that was supposed to be checked for issues and if it has an issue get ready for the incompetence and lack of communication. Things have gone downhill over the last several years. No one knows what anyone else is doing. I would recommend using another Ford dealer and stay far away from here. More
