Sales Manager is a Criminal April 2022: Purchased a ‘16 Fusion from Brian (awesome salesman!), older car then I wanted but only had 60k miles on it and drove well. That’s where the professionalism, integri Fusion from Brian (awesome salesman!), older car then I wanted but only had 60k miles on it and drove well. That’s where the professionalism, integrity, and hospitality ended. June 2022: Check engine light on and touch up paint coming off everywhere as I washed it, revealing deep gashes in the door. Front & back bumpers and hood all are easily visible different shades of white. Come to find out this dealership has an on-site painter that goes around touching up all the vehicles to hide the defects! Took it in for service (luckily I bought an extended warranty), they say it’s an O2 sensor and fuel pump switch it out, clear the codes and gave it back to us. I brought up the paint to the service advisor (Micah), who said they have no control of that and to talk to sales. Struggled for weeks to get anyone to answer the phone; impossible to get ANY manager on the phone, don’t even try. July 2022: Check engine light back on just a couple weeks later. Take it in again, come to find out they cross-threaded the fuel pump when they replaced it so it had been leaking fuel and the other O2 sensor was now bad. Again, thankfully I bought the warranty, they replaced them and gave it back. Still no luck getting a sales manager to do the right thing and fix the paint job. However, this visit my service advisor was Patrick, who I will say is the only reason I continued to be patient and understanding through this. He was helpful, polite, and very good at his job; he even helped me get a sales manager to agree to fix the paint. August 2022: Less than a week later, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AGAIN! I drop it off and tell Patrick to please keep it, drive it, whatever it takes to solve the frequent arising problems - we live 45 min from the dealership so all these visits have been a huge inconvenience with loss of work, gas, etc. January 18, 2022: I go to finally pick up the vehicle, they have had it since we dropped it in August!!! Yes, over 5 months…. It turns out in the July visit, the tech broke the engine block and didn’t want to say anything so they gave it back to us and coolant was dumping into the engine as we drove for a week or so; inevitably destroying the engine so it took 5 months to get a new engine and all the necessary parts to install it. While it was sitting there, Tom from Sales had his paint guy apparently blend the paint job, I say apparently because it didn’t look like anything had been other than fixing the gashes in the door. Patrick, being the outstanding advisor that he is, goes to the sales building to find a manager (Tom supposedly retired). Introducing Warren, who comes outside immediately, aggressively, reciting the “as-is” policy and how they have done more than enough to remedy the situation! LOL. I state my expectations of painting the entire car if that’s what it takes; seeing as how they are illegally hiding defects, breaking customers engines in service, outright deceiving people, AND Tom already agreed to make it right no matter what it took. Warren gets more belligerent and immature as he stands an inch from my face cussing and yelling, after asking him to please back up, he continued to repeat that he doesn’t have too, as he kept tapping me on the arm and shoulder. It was very apparent that he has an impulse control issue that even his staff knows about, as his staff had to physically drag him away from me in front of my fiancée, multiple employees and customer. Not before throwing his hand at me one more time but this time making contact with my arm with more force than I’m willing to let go. If he thinks that’s acceptable behavior at work, then I’m scared for people around him outside of work. Filing a police report and letting them handle him. It’s been 24 hours and even after the unprovoked criminal act against me on Fords property by a Ford Manager; no response from upper management. Take your business elsewhere. More

Dealing with Nelson for the sale was great and Eddie for paperwork was too. That is were that ends. They will sell you a used vehicle that is not really checked over. You get an oil change and some recon paperwork was too. That is were that ends. They will sell you a used vehicle that is not really checked over. You get an oil change and some reconditioning after that buyer beware. The Nissan Titan I bought had had problems from the minute we left the dealership. It was brought back the next day. It had to be sent to a Nissan dealer to work on. Inconvenienced for almost 2 weeks because when it was ready nobody wanted to pick it up because they were on the hook for a $900 bill. Now a month into driving it and it starts leaking oil. Bring it to a Nissan dealership to diagnose. Issue is a loose oil filter installed by Mullinax. Need to replace with OEM one not aftermarket. Also told that they brake fluid is bad and the fuel filter is overdue and needs attention. The fluid was tested and didn’t meet spec anymore. Again buyer beware. So I pass on all service and bring it back to Mullinax. Micah writes it up but only for oil leak. Everything think else is (maintenance). Maintenance that they should have performed prior to selling. Again buyer beware. So 3 hours of waiting around and no fix. All I requested was an OEM filter. 6 hours later still no filter delivered to them. No rescheduling for after New Years. The best part is I was told I need to pay a $100 deductible. It my fault their incompetent tech put a bad or loose filter on a vehicle that leaked. I explained that it’s on them to make it right. If all the oil had leaked out it would cost them an engine. You try to make it better for them and they just screw you even more. Oh I shouldn’t worry because the service advisors are there to be on your side. What an xxxxxx joke. Nothing in service here is worth the hassle. I told them how unethical of a place this was. Go somewhere else. More

Agreed on OTD vehicle price via email and Mullinax added ~$700 to the price for a bed liner without telling me. I drove 3.5 hours and I found the additional charge before signing. No one from Mullinax sai ~$700 to the price for a bed liner without telling me. I drove 3.5 hours and I found the additional charge before signing. No one from Mullinax said anything about additional charges, I had to find it and ask. They wouldn’t make it right and honor the price we agreed on…. More
