Don't take their word on anything! I preordered a Maverick and there has been a lack of responses to my emails regarding changes I wanted (the new black interior option was not availa I preordered a Maverick and there has been a lack of responses to my emails regarding changes I wanted (the new black interior option was not available when I did the preorder). To this day, I still do not know if my requested changes were made or not. I had an unexpected job change that necessitated me relocating over 800 miles away. I had worked with Dale to establish a remote delivery to my local Ford dealer when the vehicle was ready. I thought all was set until I was notified today that they decided not to do that after I was told they would. Only option is for me to take time off work to make it down there within 8 days of them receiving the truck. Dale is horrible at responding to questions (I had to ask the same question over six times before I finally got a response, although he provided other information from those same communications). Customer service is obviously not their strong suit or in their vocabulary. I will never recommend Mullinax Ford to any of my friends, or enemies, in Central Florida! More
