The Buick Enclave had the features we were looking for at a price comparable to similar vehicles. We looked at the Honda Pilot, Ford Explorer, GMC Acadia, Dodge Durango, and Jeep Grand Cherokee. We prefer the quiet ride and smooth drive of the Buick but would like to see some options on the sun roof shade. The inability to completely block incoming sun is the only thing we don't like about this vehicle. While we didn't purchase the navigation package, we did prefer what the Enclave offered over some others and did consider it in our decision. We worked with Alison Taylor, who was very courteous and upfront. More than anything, we strongly appreciate honesty in our sales people and she provided that. Additionally, she is witty and responsive in conversation (this is important because it isn't common), she is extremely helpful, and exceptionally patient (as sales people need to be with us). More
I went online checking the Buick Enclave out and Allison gave me a call the next day and was very nice invited me in to see and drive the enclave. Alison Taylor was so knowledgeable as she researched cars for us. We didn't know what we wanted, and she provided us with the information we needed to make a decision. Daniel Pogue helped us in the beginning stages with finances, and then Andrew Harper took over and completed everything we needed done. Andrew took a lot of time with us, and we are so appreciative. We went back the next day and finished our work with Andrew. He had everything ready, and it took only a very short time to complete it all. Then we got to spend time with Nick Elijah who explained the workings of our new 2012 Buick Regal to us. With wonderful humor, he answered all the question we considered "dumb" on our part--but he never allowed us to believe any question was that! With my purchase of a new car I was treated very well by the sales staff and I felt that I received a fare deal on my trade and my requests for options on my new car were listened to, I wasn't just plunked in a car with the color I liked.
