I was driving up from Florida to Birmingham, Alabama when my car indicator flashed zero percent battery remaining in remote which is used to start the car. Tim and several personnel were waiting for me when I arrived. I overheard one gentleman offer to stay in case the battery was not the problem. We were met at the door by Brett. We were just going to see what color white diamond looked like and had no plans to buy a car. He was so polite and brought a car up for us to look at the color.
