The salesman, Justin Chrietien, came out of the dealership on a hot day and answered every questions that I asked. I test drove the vehicle and he explained the differences in the Luxury XTS and t dealership on a hot day and answered every questions that I asked. I test drove the vehicle and he explained the differences in the Luxury XTS and the Premium XTS. He explained the CUE systems and of the features of the vehicle. The color I wanted was not at the dealership and Justin said the dealership could find what I wanted. Saadiq Shakur was very explanatory in the paper work area and Andrew Harper kept me in the payment range I requested. Everyone was nice and (I don't believe it was because I was thinking about making a purchase) did not feel pressured to buy the car. Nick went over the navigation system, on-star and all of the other gadgets and told me that I could call him at anytime to ask questions. I am glad I chose Classic Cadillac. More
Another good experience at Classic! I leased a new 2014 truck last week and the experience was different than any I've had before; While I was shopping for myself online, a PT Cruise caught my eye. I operate an independent living community for elderly and disabled and we have a very large walk-on bus but needed something that we can transport one or two residents without having to use the large bus. I explained what I needed to Steve and he thought the PT Cruiser was perfect for what we needed. The car had low mileage and the price was within our range. the car was not on the Classic lot but at another lot in town so Steve offered to go see it and let me know what he thought. After hearing from Steve, I decided to test drive so Steve go Patrick Grier involved to assist the getting the car moved to the Classic lot. I test drove the car and decided to move forward with the purchase. Steve offered to have the car cleaned before I would pick it up and then, since I live in Birmingham, he offered to deliver the car. That was a very helpful and unexpected. Everyone went above and beyond to make the purchase s smooth and easy. I'm glad I went to Classic. More
My overall experience with Classic was great. My husband purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata for me. Our experience at Classic was really good. Everyone was very friendly, patient while we made our decision, and even stayed late so that we could take our vehicle home that night. Justin even took time to set up different features of my car for me before we left even though it was very late on a Friday night. I would recommend Justin and the rest of the staff to anyone buying a car. More
I do not like nor enjoy the process of "car shopping" and find it to be overwhelming and somewhat difficult not to mention scary. So needless to say, I do not do it very often and that is why shopping" and find it to be overwhelming and somewhat difficult not to mention scary. So needless to say, I do not do it very often and that is why I had driven my previous truck for over 10 years and it was reaching 100,000 miles. All of a sudden I decided that I needed to start coming up with a plan to replace my truck so I would not find myself in a predicament of being without reliable transportation. Steve Benton suggested that I look at their website and get familiar with what was available and then make an appointment to come in to look and test drive. That really helped me to get educated on the different things available and to know the price ranges. I called Steve several times before actually going to the dealership and he gave very good advice and reassured me that I should have fun and enjoy getting something new. In the beginning, I was all over the map in regards to what I was considering. I was between a used Tarus, a new Regal and a new Sierra. Steve suggested that I not consider too many at one time or I would get confused. He was RIGHT! When I went in to test drive, we drove the used Tarus and the New Sierra. Needless to say, the new vehicle won hands down, Before too long, I was signing papers. Steve even helped with the financing process and I appreciated that very much. Steve suggested that I wait until the next day to take the truck so he could have it cleaned again and I would have more time to be trained on all of the bells and whistles. I went in the next day and Nick took a lot of time to train me and offered his cell phone number if I needed to call him later. I takes a good salesperson to sell a person like me a vehicle that a) does not enjoy car shopping, b) does not like to spend money and c) know very little about cars and trucks. Steve did it like a champ! I LOVE my new truck and have already told friends to go see STEVE at CLASSIC. More
It was great working with Mick. From the moment I walked inside the door to the moment I left. Mick understood my needs and was 100% honest with me throughout the experience. We found the car that was right for me, completed paperwork a few days later and left as a very happy customer. As a matter of fact, the entire staff at Classic Buick, GMC, Cadillac was great. I had done buisness with the maintenance department and they are great too. Will definetly do businees with them while stationed in Montgomery. More

I had a wonderful "Classic" experience. We drove over 5 hours to test drive our vehicle and the transition went very well without any problems. Mick Ouellette went above and beyond to make our first experience with Classic a very pleasant one. He is an excellent sales associate. We were pleased with every aspect of our purchase and our dealings with the dealership. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. Great service and I will recommend this dealership and Mick Ouellette to others who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. The 5 hour drive was well worth it! More
I have purchased many cars and several SUV. Most of the purchases were very trying. That is not the case with Classic Cadillac GMC Buick. I called and talked to Daniel Poage and in 15 minutes I had purchased a 2013 GMC Denali with no hassle. I received a great deal. I spoke with Brett Echols to complete the deal what a pleasure he had the paper work ready for me when I arrived. He did a wonderful job explaining the car to me. He set up my blue tooth, Onstar and XM radio. I met with Saadiq Shakur and he explained the warranty and the different options that I had. You will enjoy working with him.
