And as we browsed, we came across a 2014 XTS that just spoke to me...I had to have it. So, my husband and I went back inside and Jimmy worked with us to get a good deal on the price and I brought my new car home. Diamond (yes, I named my car...I also gave it a gender :-)...her color is diamond white, so I thought it was fitting) and I are getting along quite well for now and hopefully for another few years. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Jimmy and this dealership to anyone. Betty More

I had a great experience with Thomas and Tony and I liked the no haggle purchase pricing but the only issue I had was with my trade in. I did not feel i got a fair price and I did not like how there was a $ the no haggle purchase pricing but the only issue I had was with my trade in. I did not feel i got a fair price and I did not like how there was a $4,000.00 swing in the trade in price in a 2 minute conversation with the sales manager. I dont understand why I wasnt given the "best" price first. Which makes me feel like they were trying to make the most money possible off of me and hoped i would except the first offer. That is how car salesmen get a bad reputation. It is when a customer doesnt feel like the salesmen is being honest with them and that they dont feel like they are getting the best deal. My trade in value on my jeep was $27K and I walked away with only getting $22k (first offer was $18k). So i feel like I got "ripped off" on that end of the deal. More
