Total time spent at the dealer was over 4 hours between test driving the evening before and completing paperwork and reviewing the car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, it just took so long, waiting between processes. Justin was terrific. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely go back to Classic. More
Purchase/Trade This whole process started in the service department with Tim; who was and has been awesome. However, we then decided to look into trade-in process. This whole process started in the service department with Tim; who was and has been awesome. However, we then decided to look into trade-in process. Larry was assisting us and we found a vehicle. However, there was training that day that pulled Larry away (we understood). Then Brandon and Alison were included the process, one due to Larry's departure. Alison worked magic with financing and attempted to keep us abreast of what was happening with the vehicle (especially due to the recall situation and repairs there were to be made while we waited for the vehicle). However, there was crossover of information and misinformation. Things began to go down hill. When we were contacted a few weeks later to pick up the vehicle, all the repairs that were promised were not made. Specifically, inside of the vehicle on the doors, the trim around the windows. In addition, the vehicle was dirty and animal hair remained on the inside along with cleaning solution and a razor blade in the backseat. Brandon was very apologetic and helped us as best he could. He and Andrew (assistant manager) went to work on finding solutions for the problems. However, that took some time and those who had helped us were out of pocket to give us any updates. When we finally returned to get the vehicle again, the repairs were made. However, yet again there were problems. There was a new crack in the dash and we were given a remote and was told we needed to purchase a new battery. Andrew worked with Tim again to get the part ordered. We left not so happy and realized we had to stop for gas, as there was no gas in the vehicle. We discovered that the remote was not functioning properly was not due to the battery but that it was damaged and someone attempted to glue it back together. We had to go back to the dealership yet again. Andrew took care of the situation by getting us a new remote. However, no one took noted that both remotes would have to be reprogrammed. Again, we returned the next day and had our remote reprogrammed. Then after only two days of driving the vehicle we noticed a problem with the brakes (could hear a rubbing sound) and a shaking with the steering wheel when the brakes were applied. We believe there is possibly a problem with the rotors and hub bearings. Although, we aren't professional mechanics; THERE ARE problems to which we haven't returned since last week, Friday when we had the remote reprogrammed. This is due to frustration with the process and what seems to be lack of quality control. Everyone is extremely nice and our problems have been addressed; however, such problems with a vehicle that was certified seems unacceptable. We wanted to stay with the GMC family, however, I feel like I may have made a mistake. More

They were patient and never caused us to feel rushed or pressured instead they made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. We actually drove from Pensacola FL to Montgomery AL because of our interest in the Cadillac we eventually went on to purchase. We love our new SUV it is safe and beautifully designed making driving enjoyable for the whole family! We are so grateful for the exceptional client care from both Saadiq and Josh and can't say enough about how pleased we are to have had the kind of experience we did, considering clichés about car sales personnel, they completely changed our mind. I visited this dealership on more than 5 occasions. My first interaction was with Justin Chretien. Justin was so easy to work with even knowing when I first spoke with him that I was not ready to purchas first interaction was with Justin Chretien. Justin was so easy to work with even knowing when I first spoke with him that I was not ready to purchase a vehicle that day and that I was just doing a quick look over of a few vehicles. I had visited nearly every new car dealership in the Montgomery area and had driven 10 to 15 different vehicles before making my final selection. The overall experience at Classic was friendly and everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome. Justin followed through on requests and made me feel comfortable with asking even the most petty question. In the end, I paid a little more for a vehicle than I had originally planned, but am completely satisfied with my purchase. I truly believe that customer service made all the difference and ultimately led me to purchase from Classic. I fully expect the Service department to be as easy to work with as the sales staff. A big thank you to everyone, especially Justin, for all the multiple phone calls and follow ups and making this process as easy as possible. More

These are not items we even wanted but were told we had to take them because they come with the vehicle (we were hoping not to have these items included so the price would be lower). Warranty information was not revealed to us until we got to the woman explaining the paperwork (once we had already been there over 4 hours by now) and this added and additional amount to our payment. This should be explained before you go in to sign paperwork so that you don't think you have a final price, then find out that there is an additional amount. More

My visit with Classic Cadillac was a pleasurable experience. As a previous Cadillac owner, I was somewhat partial to the dealership, but not completely sold. I was also contemplating another make/model by a competitor. Classic made me feel like family and my loyalty and business was valued. A major contributing factor for me was the lack of pressure and additional options. As with any major purchase, you question various antics...Am I making the right decision; Am I buying impulsively; Am I feeling pressured; Is the dealership taking advantage of me? The list goes on and on. However, I was quite comfortable with my decision and appreciated the patience because I had numerous questions. My sales manager and finance manager stayed one hour post business closing hours to accomodate me.
