best car buying experience i have ever had I purchased a 2015 Yukon from classic, from Gina dunkin. they are very professional but you also feel like you are buying a car from a friend not a sa I purchased a 2015 Yukon from classic, from Gina dunkin. they are very professional but you also feel like you are buying a car from a friend not a salesman. it is not one of those places where you have to go spend half a day haggling to buy a car. it is over 3 and a half hr trip for me and she allowed me to send her pics of my trade in and gave me the exact amount that they would give me for the trade. the vehicle i wanted they did not have on their lot but they got it for me within 3 days and charged me no extra fees to me. i would highly recommend Gina to anyone interested in buying a car. she answered every question i had promptly even if she wasn't at work I could just send her a message and she would get right back to me i recommend classic and Gina in particular to anyone . weather it is your first time to buy a car or your tenth she is the saleswoman for you. I didn't have to haggle about the price of the car just told them the price that I felt was right for this car and they said ok. i felt like i was buying a car from a friend not a salesperson. and as far as price goes i checked with 3 other dealers and the closest one was still 3000 higher than classic. Classic is the place to buy from, and Gina is the person to buy from. this was my second gmc from there but wont be my last. More

Tony and Tracy provided excellent customer service throughout the repair process- I'm in NC and my car was left in AL- they kept me informed and assured me every step of the way, from towing my car, to diagnosing what was wrong, until I ultimately had the car returned. Tony called me with updates to assure me all was being taken care of.I could not be more satisfied with what was a challenging situation given the distance and the fact I never even met them. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the service department- Satisfied in NC More

Amazing Staff and Good Customer Service I was recommended to Josh by my mother. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and the front desk clerk was very nice and told me he would be with me in a I was recommended to Josh by my mother. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and the front desk clerk was very nice and told me he would be with me in a second. Josh greeted me and then I told him what I wanted and what was my price limit was. Once he knew what I wanted he then grabbed the IPAD and showed me different cars that he thought I would qualify for. He told me I could go outside and look at the cars that he had showed me on the IPAD. Once we arrived outside I instantly fell in love with the all black Buick Regal. He then asked me if I wanted to test drive it and of course you knew I could not pass that opportunity up. I loved the way the car drove and was for certain that it had to be mine. I told him I was not ready to purchase yet due to some situations and that I still wanted to look around being that this is my first car I was purchasing by myself. Josh and his manager Otis then went over things with me about the car and what I would need to do if I decided to purchase the car. They both were very helpful with that situation. I felt as if even if I were not purchasing today they still cared that I was satisfied and not just wanting the sale. I came back about two weeks later for the car and purchased it. Josh made sure that I was taking care of before I left the dealership. A couple weeks later my tire sensor was having problems and would not go off. Josh took care of me and made sure it was done and that I didn't have anymore problems before I left. I will say Josh has very good customer service and it shows he really cares about his clients and not just about making sales and commission. I would recommend this dealership and for sure Josh for anyone who is looking for a new car. More
