Good experience after a bad day with another dealer. My wife and I have been searching for a 2015 Yukon Denali XL for quite some time and had found one we thought we wanted at a dealer in Trussville, Ala My wife and I have been searching for a 2015 Yukon Denali XL for quite some time and had found one we thought we wanted at a dealer in Trussville, Alabama. I was pleased with the salesman at the dealership but explained to him that prior to any purchase I would check with other dealers and Truecar.com to insure I was not paying way to much for the vehicle. So in an effort to check I contacted a dealership in Georgia and Classic in Montgomery and explained all the features and the colors I wanted. The Georgia dealership was not able to help but the salesman at Classic, Joey Abdullah went out of his way to find a matching vehicle at a price $3,000.00 less than the price offered at the Trussville dealership. As we started to close the deal with Classic, I contacted the salesman in Trussville to let him know I had found the car at a $3,000.00 saving and would be dealing with Classic. That salesman said that couldn't be true and then said his sales manager wanted to speak with me. The sales manager told me the car Classic was selling was the one on his lot and told me he would not release the car for Classic to sale me and said he would lower his price below the Classic offering. I explained to him that I had already agreed to pay a binder for the vehicle and given by word and I wouldn't back out on my offer. He then explained to me that if I purchased that vehicle it would only be though his dealership. I contacted Joey Abdulla and explained to him what had happened and that there was no way I would be dealing with the Trussville dealer. Joey and his manager asked if I would come look at a new color in their inventory and they would do whatever possible to make it right after the actions of the other dealer. I went to Classic saw the new color and after working with the sales manager purchased the new vehicle at a fair price and Joey went out of his way to make my wife and I feel good about our purchase. If I purchase a new vehicle again I would certainly recommend Joey and the Classic GMC family. More
Staff was great and very accomodating. Tony was great at giving me updates as to how their progress was, he had a dent taken out while it was there and they gave me a loaner car!!! Reconciled from previous visit. Had a bad experience the previous I visited for a recall; Did not have an appointment but they said they would work me in. I waited 4 hours and checked on my vehicle and the person at that time said that I was not even on a repair techs list. I left very unsatisfied. This time I had a 9 am appointment and Tony said it would probably take a couple of hours. I explained my previous experience and he said he would see what he could do. This time I was out of there in 1 hour flat! No complaints this time. Thanks Tony for the effort and the care. More

She ensured I understood what my service was going to cover and what the recommended service included and the cost. Then to top it off the dealer even washed my car - WOW, I was surprised indeed! best car buying experience i have ever had I purchased a 2015 Yukon from classic, from Gina dunkin. they are very professional but you also feel like you are buying a car from a friend not a sa I purchased a 2015 Yukon from classic, from Gina dunkin. they are very professional but you also feel like you are buying a car from a friend not a salesman. it is not one of those places where you have to go spend half a day haggling to buy a car. it is over 3 and a half hr trip for me and she allowed me to send her pics of my trade in and gave me the exact amount that they would give me for the trade. the vehicle i wanted they did not have on their lot but they got it for me within 3 days and charged me no extra fees to me. i would highly recommend Gina to anyone interested in buying a car. she answered every question i had promptly even if she wasn't at work I could just send her a message and she would get right back to me i recommend classic and Gina in particular to anyone . weather it is your first time to buy a car or your tenth she is the saleswoman for you. I didn't have to haggle about the price of the car just told them the price that I felt was right for this car and they said ok. i felt like i was buying a car from a friend not a salesperson. and as far as price goes i checked with 3 other dealers and the closest one was still 3000 higher than classic. Classic is the place to buy from, and Gina is the person to buy from. this was my second gmc from there but wont be my last. More
