Above and Beyond!!! Each year my family travels to San Destin together. (Me, wife, son, daughter, granddaughters) We come from three directions and converge from my hous Each year my family travels to San Destin together. (Me, wife, son, daughter, granddaughters) We come from three directions and converge from my house in Auburn. We left Weds July 15th and traveling down 82 my daughter's Enclave had a transmission issue requiring it to be towed back to Montgomery. That meant dropping it off there and then my wife and I driving back to Auburn to get another car. On the way back we ran into a huge rainstorm that made us late. I called Tony Burkhalter and told him it would be after closing before we got back to the dealership. No problem he said, I'll wait for you. When we got there he had my daughter's car inside so we could unpack and repack into my wife's car. He wasn't sure at the time if the repair would be done before we returned on Monday but said he would do his best. He called before the week was out to let us know it was fixed! On Monday we took my wife's car to pick up my daughter's Enclave. This time it wasn't the rain that stopped us, but a horrific 10 car wreck on 85 with fatality. Traffic stopped both directions. I called Tony to tell him we would be late again. No problem, I'll wait for you! Again he had the Enclave inside and assisted us unpacking and repacking the cars. This man is one in a hundred service advisors that doesn't just do his job but steps outside the box to make sure his customers are taken care of with the least inconvenience. Don't lose him Classic! You can't replace him. More
Sales Experience = 5 star; Delivery Experience = 1 star My time with the Sales and Finance team was great. When my car was delivered that is when the nightmare began. The detail on my brand new 2015 SUV was My time with the Sales and Finance team was great. When my car was delivered that is when the nightmare began. The detail on my brand new 2015 SUV was horrible. Dirt everywhere, could not even see out the front windshield. In addition there were scratches at every door handle including a deep groove above the drivers side handle. When I refused to take the care it went back to the detail department to be picked up in 2-3 days. Upon my return the detail was great but the deep groove was covered with touch up paint. Unacceptable. I declined to take the SUV until that door was fixed correctly. 2-3 days later I returned and the groove was fixed, the scratches were gone and the detail was perfect. So why did it take 1-2 hours for me to pick it up? Well, the detail lost my key. Really? How does a car dealership who deals with keys on an hourly basis loose a key? They had to rekey my car ($500 key...not at my expense) and showed me how to reprogram my 2nd key that was at home. Horrible Delivery experience. More
