I was told to go to Montgomery and this is where my nephew works. I was so impressed with everyone. I felt so welcomed. Everyone had a smile on their faces, they were so friendly. And I was told by my saleman, Tommy, that he loved his job and was happy working here. I love my job and I could see it in his actions. I watched the way other buyers where treated. I wasnt the only one made to feel like family. I will do all my business here at Classic Buick GMC. I've already told two others to go here. It's an hour drive but is worth. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I was terrified of buying a car. I had spent countless hours online the previous week and had two days of test drives that left a bad taste in my mout I was terrified of buying a car. I had spent countless hours online the previous week and had two days of test drives that left a bad taste in my mouth. I had the typical nightmare experience with salesmen who showed me what I didn't want, or what I couldn't afford. It also left my cell phone buzzing and ringing with emails and phone calls.Classic Buick GMC and Cadillac was my last stop before I bought a vehicle down the street. I was greeted by a young man, Joey. I told him what I was interested in, he had the keys and took me immediately to the vehicle. We went on a test drive and Joey, not only answered all of my questions, he provided me with additional information that was really helpful! I thought, "This young man really knows his stuff." I had no idea of all of the benefits to buying a certified used vehicle. I am not ancient by any means, but I don't like to read directions and am highly impatient. Joey took the time, after I bought the car, to show me the basic touchscreen operations, set up On Star, and even showed me how to set my phone up for hands free dialing, and uploaded my phone book off of my cell. Super helpful!! Alison helped with the final paperwork and was very informative on the extended warranty packages offered. I was not pressured in any way, but did end up buying an extended warranty. It was like a buffet of options. You got to pick what you wanted/needed. I figured if anything mechanical happened to the vehicle, it would be devastate me financially. I couldn't afford not to get it! Bottom line: I bought my Buick Verano with less miles, better options and a better history at the SAME price that I was going to buy the same car, down the street, that had more miles and was a basic edition. I never felt pressured by any of the staff. The knowledge base of every staff member I dealt with was impressive. I will NEVER but another vehicle from anywhere else!!
