Excellent Experience! So impressed with this dealership from start to finish. We had spoken to the receptionist the evening before to verify the vehicle we were interested So impressed with this dealership from start to finish. We had spoken to the receptionist the evening before to verify the vehicle we were interested in was still available as it was an 80 mile trip one way. She told us it was but that it was out on a test drive. We said we were coming the next morning to look at it. Early next morning we got a call from the sales manager Brett to say that the car had been sold. Never had a dealership be that courteous before. We said there were a couple of other cars we liked and would still be arriving to look at them. Our salesman, Tommy Shackelford, showed us what we were interested in and provided all the information we needed. We made our choice and the finance manager, Shak Shakur, finished up the paperwork. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and efficient. They moved the process right along and with no high pressure sales pitch. We left feeling confident that we had been well taken care of, gotten a good deal and that no one had tried to take advantage of us. We will definitely buy from them again and will highly recommend them to everyone looking for a vehicle. More
