So far 5 stars because of Tony Burkhalter So far we are very pleased with our 2016 Buick Encore and service. Battery was replace after about a year and a half. Today, Nov. 14, 2019, battery So far we are very pleased with our 2016 Buick Encore and service. Battery was replace after about a year and a half. Today, Nov. 14, 2019, battery went dead 120 miles from home and the battery had been checked the week before with NO problems during regular oil change. I got a jump start, called Buick/Cad and asked for appointment to have battery checked. We have a full schedule. I understood. You'll have to drop it off. Will do. However, this will be the second battery replacement in just 3 years. I'm hoping the problem will be discovered and solved. So for now, still 5 stars. You can't keeping going if your battery dies every 18-24 months. Tony said they would work it in. More

They did not want to sell me a car! I went Classic GMC Buick Cadillac to get out the door pricing information about the XT4 Sport. Lamont kept disappearing. First to get a car. Long Lon I went Classic GMC Buick Cadillac to get out the door pricing information about the XT4 Sport. Lamont kept disappearing. First to get a car. Long Long wait and not the car I asked about. Second to get a brochure. I had to have him paged. Finally, after the third time, I gave up and left the dealership very discouraged and frustrated. I guess they did not want to sell me a car so I drove down the street look at the RAV4 at Toyota and the Lexis NX. More

We had gone back and forth with both to get the best deal, We were literally on the road to Atlanta to purchase the same vehicle when Thomas called and said "I got the deal you want". He told us the GM Andrew had signed off on it and it was ours. Saddiq kept it real, wrapped it up and had us out the door... with a freshly detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas. Thomas listens to his customers and he always goes the extra mile. That is why we always call him first when its time to buy a vehicle. More
