I apologize that you feel the oil change price was too high. We try to control service costs to the best of our ability, but oil is one of the things we have little control over. We try to be as closely priced to our competition as possible, even being lower than some! Please also keep in mind that when you come to the dealership to service your vehicle, we use Genuine Cadillac parts which are made specifically for your vehicle, and installed by factory trained and certified Cadillac and GM technicians. Before you come in for your next service I would like to invite you to our website, mullinaxbuickgmc.com. Just click on “service specials” and you can see what specials we are currently running. To make it as easy to use as possible, you can either print the coupon or download it to your phone. When you come in for service all you need to do is show the Service Advisor the coupon and we will make sure it gets applied to your invoice! We truly appreciate your feedback and your business!
