Jeff, Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate your business and the opportunity to assist you. I would like to clarify a few details regarding your transaction. Prior to arrival, we were only advised that this would be a company vehicle purchase and a cash deal. We did not receive the required documentation in advance, including a copy of your driver’s license or proof of insurance, both of which are necessary to complete the transaction. Additionally, there is a remaining $300 balance that you refused to pay and left without paying, which also contributed to the overall time. Regarding your trade in, the front end damage was not disclosed prior to appraisal. Once identified, this required additional evaluation to ensure an accurate value, which further impacted timing. We always strive to make the process as efficient and transparent as possible, and when all information is provided upfront, we are typically able to significantly reduce delivery time.
