Dishonest and lack integrity. Looking to purchase 2020 MDX that I made appt and test drove - asked if I could put deposit down as husband couldn’t come immediately as live 45 min away- they said no they d MDX that I made appt and test drove - asked if I could put deposit down as husband couldn’t come immediately as live 45 min away- they said no they don’t do deposits but George promised at least 3 times that I had first right of refusal. After being at his desk for a couple hours and my husband was only 15 min away - George tells me the car is sold. I thought he was being funny- not funny. Unbelievable this behavior occurs at an Acura dealership. After calling to complain the manager apologized and promised to help find me a car - never heard from them again or any response to my detailed email surrounding the experience. Beyond disappointed in their lack of professionalism. More

For what their slogan purports, I am actually quite disappointed. After corresponding with George multiple times I was told that the car I was interested in was in inspection and I would be updated as disappointed. After corresponding with George multiple times I was told that the car I was interested in was in inspection and I would be updated as soon as it was out to begin the process of purchasing it. I never received that call, instead getting one the next morning saying that 30 minutes after our last call the car was not only out of inspection but bought outright by a walk in. Now I understand that this is their business, however after hours of correspondence I felt I was pretty clear that I was ready and willing to buy. It feels extremely disrespectful to have things done this way. Not to mention nearly every other time on the phone the tone of the conversation was different, in one almost confrontational about aspects of buying the vehicle the next casual and welcoming. Overall just not the best experience. More
