We were in the process of looking for a new car and had visited 5 dealerships including Muller's. Most of the other dealer contacts were either unable to provide what we wanted or were extremely long lead times or ambiguous of what we would get on the car or a price and some did not even care. We have been very happy with our experience with Lance and Muller's. We also had Justin go over the details of the features of the car and training, Justin had patience with the questions we had to understand how to do things. Lance was amazing to work with! I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a while and had kept in contact with Lance to ensure I was getting the best programs available. Lance did not hesitate to answer any questions I had and explained thoroughly all incentives I would qualify for to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. He was patient with me the entire way! Although I ended up going the electric route since Acura currently does not have any EV vehicles, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Lance again in the future when Acura does release their EV models.
