Seamless excperience! My overall experience has been excellent at Muller Acura over the past 3.5 years. Sebastian contacted me, and used a very non-pushy approach to helping me out. He followed up with me when a new offer was available that was perfect for my situation. Sebastian did all the work in advance, so when I stopped in Saturday morning to pick up my new car, the experience was seamless. He valued my time, and did everything possible to make me happy! When was the last time you bought or leased a car in 75 minutes???? I did, and have already referred several friends to Sebastian so they can have the same excellent experience. Incredibly RUDE and did not honor their written price Horrible experience! The gave me a price in writing in the form of a Edmunds Price Promise. I went to the dealership to buy the car and they would not Horrible experience! The gave me a price in writing in the form of a Edmunds Price Promise. I went to the dealership to buy the car and they would not honor the price. They knew I needed the car that day since I already sold my other car and the would not honor the price they gave me in writing. I called Edmunds and it turns out that the dealership used the Edmunds Price Promise in a word document to lure me into the dealership but it was not from Edmunds. Edmunds said they will talk to the dealership since they are not supposed to do that. It did not help my situation and when I called the owner to complain he called me back and was incredibly rude and when I told him I was going to write a bad review he told me I should be careful what I do. Absolutely a terrible experience and I will never buy a car from there again. More

Super Salesman made it easy to buy a Super Car! Was just planning to look around, do some research, and get a new ride in a few months but because of Seth and the rest of the amazing team at Muller Was just planning to look around, do some research, and get a new ride in a few months but because of Seth and the rest of the amazing team at Muller Acura, ended up taking delivery of a 2017 NSX in about a week! Seth was incredible from the moment we met, although I just came from the gym and looked liked a punk kid in joggers and slippers, he showed the utmost respect (unlike some other luxury dealerships or salesmen), he patiently answered my questions (I had ALOT), didnt hesitate in letting me sit in the car, and knew his stuff WELL. We kept in touch via text and he would usually respond within minutes which was just awesome. Went back a few days later (btw he came in on his day off just to meet me), once again didnt hesitate in letting me take a test drive, answered more questions, and we sealed the deal. He was patient while i got my finances in order, provided a loaner, sent pictures of my car so i wouldnt worry, and then spent hours with me again at delivery. Honestly, everyone I met was great from the Owner, Finance Manager, GM, Service Techs, etc. All genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was with Lexus for 7 years before this, who are well known for amazing top notch service, so I was nervous about leaving them, but I am now confident that I will continue to get this kind of treatment at Muller Acura! If you are looking for any car, especially a NSX, go see Seth! More

This time, I did better research on the vehicle AND THE DEALERSHIP before we went in to (hopefully) buy. I found the car on truecar.com which advertised a "no haggle" price that I was comfortable paying as long as the car advertised was indeed actually as described. The car WAS as described, there were no surprises or hidden extra costs. We were in and out in 2 hours, and I felt good about the purchase. More
