Hassle free car buying experience Acura MDX was one of the cars I had narrowed down to after seeing many cars at the Chicago Auto Show last February. It took me few months to get the Acura MDX was one of the cars I had narrowed down to after seeing many cars at the Chicago Auto Show last February. It took me few months to get the courage to walk into a car dealership because I never enjoyed being addressed as "sweetie" or "honey" by many dealers in the past. For the past 30 years I had been a loyal Toyota customer but with my most recent Toyota rust problem and almost monthly recall notice letters, I decided to give Acura a try. Upon entering the Woodfield Acura, I was greeted warmly by a younger sales consultant Seth. I immediately felt comfortable being there. He's not pushy at all. He's easy to talk to, very patient despite all my questions, and even went to get Mike from the mechanics department to answer my mechanical questions. After the purchase, Seth sat down with me in the car to thoroughly explain all the neat tech gadgets and instruments on the dashboard, and paired my phone with the car's Bluetooth, and set up some navigation, etc. And he said if I have any questions afterwards, I can call or stop by the dealer. What a nice place! More

Sebastian did a great job setting up the test drive and everything went really smooth. I loved the car and we were ready to discuss price. I did my research and knew what the cars were going for and what I was ready to pay. I was ready for a price battle. Sebastian came in with a price that was $200 below what I was planning to spend. He caught me off-guard and made that part of my experience anticlimactic :). Anyways needless to say it was a win-win experience and for the first time I actually enjoyed buying a car from a dealer. I went into Muller's Woodfield Acura in Hoff I assist in purchasing cars for everyone in my family. Now it was time to upgrade my wife's personal car. I went into Muller's Woodfield Acura in Hoffman Estates, and worked with Daniel Palmer. I was looking for a used certified Acura RDX with low miles. I spoke with Daniel on the phone before I came in to Muller's. I told him what I was looking for, he told me he had some options. I have had car salesman tell me this before just to get you into the dealership. Daniel was honest and up front, he is a young guy but very mature for his age. I am a sales manager in another industry myself, so I am very critical of sales people in general. I thought Daniel did a great job in how he handled himself as a professional, along with being attentive to my needs and wants. I felt he wasn't wasting my time by trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. When I got to the dealership he showed me his options that we talked about over the phone. We negotiated a price on my trade in and on the purchase price of the 2017 Acura RDX. Long story short I brought my wife back and we purchased the car that night. Financing also did a great job showing me some options but was not to pushy where you felt uncomfortable. We walked out of the dealership that night with a new car and felt we got a very nice car at a great price.
