Buying an RDX We were looking for an RDX with a specific package and color at dealerships close to our home and had started working with one. Then came the bait and We were looking for an RDX with a specific package and color at dealerships close to our home and had started working with one. Then came the bait and switch: they had what we wanted, then they didn't, it was being shipped, then it had damage but they could sell us something else or we would have to wait 2 months for what we wanted. As a last hope I called Muller, even though they were far from our house, and was told they had exactly what we were looking for in stock and they would match the other dealer's price. We filled out some paper work online and when we went in the car and all paperwork was ready for us. Muller was able to turn what had become a car buying nightmare into a very clear, friendly and open experience. They were great every step of the way, even beating the other dealer's financing costs. I would recommend them to anyone and will go there again, even considering the distance. More

Great Experience Twice Now! This is the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of dealing with Muller's Woodfield Acura. First time was in 2009 when another dealer up the street wouldn't This is the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of dealing with Muller's Woodfield Acura. First time was in 2009 when another dealer up the street wouldn't even give us the time of day, LITERALLY hardly said a word to me and my mother. As we we're driving home we pulled into Muller's and she drove out with a brand new RDX that afternoon. About a month ago I was in the market for a new TLX, contacted Muller's spoke with Dane told him what I was looking for, and the process began, although I was a little more particular on the vehicle and options than my mother was, after a few weeks of phone/e-mail conversations Dane and I made a deal on my new TLX, I've had the car about a week and love it! These folks are all fantastic including the parts and service department. Shout out to the entire team that helped put this deal together Dane (Sales) George (Sales) Issac (Sales) and Brian (F&I). You have indeed gained a long time customer (even with a 45 min drive to get there). A++++ for all of you and thanks again! More
