I had email exchanges with a couple dealerships including Muller's and just found their replies to be more direct and less misleading. I came in and met Dan Blanchfield, the Internet Sales Manager and he was friendly, straightforward, and left out any of the xx that can make the act of purchasing a new car so painful. I feel I got the deal I expected, Muller's took into account my long history of leveraging their service department, and end-to-end, it was a pleasant experience.
