FINAL STOP SHOP I was car shopping for almost 2 weeks. I made a final stop at Woodfield Acura and Seth Gibrick helped us out professionally quick and answered all my I was car shopping for almost 2 weeks. I made a final stop at Woodfield Acura and Seth Gibrick helped us out professionally quick and answered all my questions. The GM Chris was off the next day and I told them we would come back on Friday when he's in to go over some numbers. We came back in that Friday and once again Seth helped us out. He let us test drive the 2017 MDX again to make sure that's what we wanted. He went beyond and out of his way to get the color & interior we wanted. We talked over some numbers with the GM Chris, put everything together. Patrick then went over all the docs and I signed away and had an awesome experience at this Dealership. Excellent service I've purchased quite a few cars from other places, but muller Acura is by far the best car shopping experience. German was so friendly, so was the fin I've purchased quite a few cars from other places, but muller Acura is by far the best car shopping experience. German was so friendly, so was the finance advisor, Myles. Everyone was very quick and efficient and German shared a lot of quick little tips and tricks on my new ILX. Better service here than I've had anywhere else. I was in and out in about an hour and a half, with the shopping, test drive, credit check and financing process altogether. I think I'll probably stick with this dealership for many years. More

After a month of looking and visiting and chatting on line and inperson with approx. 8 vehicle dealers... well some claimed to be a dealer, but there was no real dealership brand just used vehicle.. We finally actually got a personal call back from Muller's Acra Woodfield, from Bill who asked a few questions and then proclaimed he has the vehicle I am searching for, come on in and look it over, were his words. I agreed to, and he said to ask for Isaac. I got there and Isacc intorduced me to Matt Lau. So.. so far I met and or chatted with 3 porfessionals. I was ready to buy after meeting with Matt Lau, but had promised to view 3 more vehicles similar but not as nice as the 2010 honda Pilot Touring. I test drove the 3 more vehicles, but they did not have the options and there was not comfortable feeling I had gotten from Matt, Bill & Isacc. Matt gave me a follow up call to ask how I was doing in my search, and if interested to purchase the Honda, to come back and discuss posession. I confirmed on the phone and gave a credit card to hold the vehicle. Matt Bill & Isacc are a professional team and asked great questuons and I felt comfortable with all taht was said and done.
