Scam service...total joke. Outstanding Sales and Follow-up We knew that we had wanted an Acura TLX and had visited several dealerships, including those closer to our home than Muller. When I called Muller's W We knew that we had wanted an Acura TLX and had visited several dealerships, including those closer to our home than Muller. When I called Muller's Woodfield, Seth Gibrick, a Sales Associate answered the phone. Within seconds, I felt comfortable with his style and his product knowledge. He encouraged my husband and I to visit the dealership in a very non-pushy way. Seth showed us several options, but they didn't have the exact color combination we wanted so we left without buying. Seth didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Seth kept in touch with me every few days, and after a week or so, was able to find the perfect car for us. Another dealership in our neighborhood had a very similar car, but my husband and I both felt it was worth the extra drive to work with Seth and the Muller team. We were not disappointed. His after-sale follow-up has been excellent and very enthusiastic. More

Saying so, he also professionally gave us a little space, and that’s what usually is ignored by pushy salesman. Test drive (2012 TL) was no hustle and we weren’t “buy now priced” when we wanted to leave to see other dealership’s car – another high point to professional approach and good management. Super easy, fast financing, in and out in less than a half hour. So far so good – I really like my TL… I actually might come back one day. Looks like Acura is growing on me. More

Loved this. Car was clean, washed, inside the service bay and ready to go. No waiting. Finance /paperwork- quick and easy. Always trying to upsell insurance or other. This is expected, but he handled it well and breezed though areas not applicable or of interest to us. No haggling, or dragging out. Deal was done over email. Again, efficient. Time is money. More

I received a reply early that evening from Bill Buehring that he would be in by 0830 the next morning I messaged Muller's on Super Bowl Sunday 2016. Like clock work the next day Bill called. We discussed the car, everything sounded good and I scheduled a test drive for the afternoon. My wife and I arrived at 3:00 and was enthusiastically greeted by Bill who offered us a beverage after a long trip, (drove up from Champaign, IL). We then saw the car and took a test drive. Outstanding Buying Experience I recently purchased a 2016 Acura TLX from Muller's Acura. The buying experience was outstanding. Couldn't have been better and it was mostly due to I recently purchased a 2016 Acura TLX from Muller's Acura. The buying experience was outstanding. Couldn't have been better and it was mostly due to the Barb Krajewski. Barb spent the time going through the TLX's features multiple times with me. I don't know if I would have bought the TLX or not if I hadn't starting working with Barb but I do know I did buy the car because of her. Barb's knowledge, experience and great personality made the whole experience perfect. I told a friend I normally dread purchasing cars but Barb made the whole thing very enjoyable. Plus I feel I purchased a great car that I'm very happy with. Beyond Barb, I also wanted to say thank you to Patrick Douglas in Finance. He was pleasant and easy to work with.
