A dealer that did the right thing, when they didn't to I needed a car for my son and wanted to feel safe about where I bought it. So when I saw the car online was from a well respected dealer, I knew I wou I needed a car for my son and wanted to feel safe about where I bought it. So when I saw the car online was from a well respected dealer, I knew I would pay a little more, but it would be worth it. I tend to go into car dealers tense from passed experiences, and Matt my sales person put me at ease. The car was very clean to my eyes, the price was fair, and we bought it. One of the best experiences I've had. When I had a chance I took it in to my family mechanic to set up oil changes and to go over the car, I got bad news, there was some damage that was missed. I was very upset, my mechanic said to have it fixed would be north of 600.00. I went back to the dealer ready for a fight. To their immeasurable credit they looked it over, and came back to me, with the answer that they would fix it. Can you imagine a company willing to do right for a customer, not buying a 50,000 dollar Acura, but an "as is" 08 Honda. They even let me use a loaner Mdx for free while the repaired it. I have never had a car dealer experience like it. Thank you to Muller Acura Schaumburg, and their incredible staff. No company can be perfect, but if they all tried this hard...
