In and out in about two hours, amazing! He introduced us to the service department (they were also very friendly) and made sure everything was as expected with my RDX. Marco Palacios made the whole experience quite enjoyable from start to finish. He was very patient, was personable without being pushy and really expressed a genuine quality about the process that was very refreshing for me. I liked the fact that he knew about the product he was selling and was able to answer many of my questions about the RDX. Many sales people only know cursory things about the cars they sell. It was apparent that Marco took the time to know about what he was selling. He also allowed me plenty of time to look at things and make sure I was satisfied with the process. His personal service was great- helping me hook up my phone, etc. Also a shout-out for Patrick in the finance dept. He also had a great demeanor and was "real" throughout the process as well.
