So We had been visiting Muller's for some time now to get our current TSX serviced and have always been satisfied with the service and accommodations. So, when it came time to look for a second vehicle, coming to Muller's was an obvious choice. We met with Seth and were immediately impressed with his professionalism, passion for his job, and intimate knowledge of the product in inventory. Quickly he assessed our needs and presented options that met our needs. Never once did he try to oversell or push us towards something we did not need. I am typically one who will over analyze a decision of this magnitude, but the price was fair for all, and we felt confident in the deal that was being formulated. Without a doubt I can tell you that we will continue to do business with Muller's and Seth will be our guy. Additionally, beyond sales, Myles assisted us through the finances in a low pressure very black and white manner. Also, the service crew is always attentive, friendly, and consistent. Moved to IL 15 years ago and all my cars have been leased from Muller's Woodfield Acura with the outstanding help and knowledge of Sebastian Wrobel f Moved to IL 15 years ago and all my cars have been leased from Muller's Woodfield Acura with the outstanding help and knowledge of Sebastian Wrobel for the majority of my vehicles . I have never really enjoyed but dreaded the process of leasing or buying a car but Sebastian changed that into a very non-pressure and enjoyable experience. Muller's service and treatment of their customers is outstanding. Dealings with their service department have also been outstanding. When I was in my early 20's I had an experience with a GM dealer that treated my like a dumb female and after that experience I purchased my first Acura when I was in my mid 20's and now I am retiring and have remained a loyal Acura customer due to the quality of the vehicles and how I have been treated by Acura dealerships and sales personnel.
