So, when it came time to look for a second vehicle, coming to Muller's was an obvious choice. We met with Seth and were immediately impressed with his professionalism, passion for his job, and intimate knowledge of the product in inventory. Quickly he assessed our needs and presented options that met our needs. Never once did he try to oversell or push us towards something we did not need. I am typically one who will over analyze a decision of this magnitude, but the price was fair for all, and we felt confident in the deal that was being formulated. Without a doubt I can tell you that we will continue to do business with Muller's and Seth will be our guy. Additionally, beyond sales, Myles assisted us through the finances in a low pressure very black and white manner. Also, the service crew is always attentive, friendly, and consistent. I have never really enjoyed but dreaded the process of leasing or buying a car but Sebastian changed that into a very non-pressure and enjoyable experience. Muller's service and treatment of their customers is outstanding. Dealings with their service department have also been outstanding. When I was in my early 20's I had an experience with a GM dealer that treated my like a dumb female and after that experience I purchased my first Acura when I was in my mid 20's and now I am retiring and have remained a loyal Acura customer due to the quality of the vehicles and how I have been treated by Acura dealerships and sales personnel. More

I recently bought a used certified MDX. Muller was the first and only Acura dealership I experience and I pretty much made up my mind to buy the car from Richard after our first conversation. He gave a good overview of the car and what to expect, took time to answer all my questions and concerns and didn't force me into anything. Richard also followed up with regular phone calls to make sure everything with the car was okay, answered my questions and helped out on the vehicle settings. My probing email was immediately responded to by Sebastian who could not have been more helpful. He is friendly and fun to converse with. He is a true car guy who enjoys putting the right car into the right situation without pushing. Very helpful. It is unusual for a used car salesman to be authentic but Sebastian is the real deal. He is also a foodie, so for an out of towner like us, he also found us a great place to get dinner so we could drive that lovely new to us car home to Wisconsin. If he gets hired to a new dealership I will follow him there. More
