Outstanding experience We chose to come back to Muller's Woodfield Acura when it was time to acquire another car for our family. Other dealer considerations included Honda and Subaru in Hoffman Estates. When we walked into the (newly built) Acura dealership, we had a moment to ourselves to scan the showroom and just take a breath. This may not sound like much but when you've been nearly attacked in other sales situations, you can appreciate this. Lance greeted us in a professional, friendly manner that was genuine. We liked him immediately because he had a very kind approach. Once we were ready to ask more questions, he was ready to answer. Lance was very knowledgable about Acura's and impressed me with his quiet confidence. Next, when it was time to sit down and talk numbers, he met our needs and made sure we got what we wanted! He never became pushy or impatient- he remained so professional and kind. Because this can take some time, we decided after we completed the paperwork that I would return on a separate day for a full education on all the features of the car. When I returned, Lance spent an hour teaching me about all the bells and whistles and set up all of the electronic features. I was so appreciative and grateful. I'm glad I went back later so that I could just concentrate on the inter workings of my car. I loved my experience and have recommended Lance and Muller Acura to anyone who's looking for a car. More

General Manager Chris Eugenis has no word of honor. Got a 'verbal' agreement from the General Manager himself on the price they're willing to give. Next day I came back to finalize the sale, He suddenly Got a 'verbal' agreement from the General Manager himself on the price they're willing to give. Next day I came back to finalize the sale, He suddenly 'forgot' the other term included behind the number he gave. If they're not willing to give the agreed upon price, why cant they just tell the customer that it's not possible and have to result to this "maybe the costumer would not notice if we put in these extra numbers on the total price" . The sales associate admitted himself that he is not aware of those added options on the original price. don't waste your time on these bunch of crooks. Go somewhere else. More

Great experience - HIGHLY Recommend! I met Lance the first time I came in. I didn't know much about Acura, and was just starting my search for a new vehicle. Lance was VERY friendly and I met Lance the first time I came in. I didn't know much about Acura, and was just starting my search for a new vehicle. Lance was VERY friendly and extremely informative in regards to models and which models had what features, differences between packages, etc. Anything I asked Lance, he knew! I was very impressed. I test drove the RDX and MDX, and really liked both of them. Lance was very patient with me and the best part was NO PRESSURE. I think one of the most dreaded things when walking into a dealership is the "car salesman pressure", which I didn't get any of that here. After visiting other dealerships and dealing with the annoying sales reps, I came back to buy an Acura because I really felt comfortable here. After buying the vehicle, I came back the next day and Lance spent about an hour with me, going through "how to use" the car (all the features). He set up my phone, my Acura online account, and showed me how to program my radio! I was highly impressed that not only was Lance's customer service great before the sale, but after my sale he was just as eager to help me. It was truly appreciated - he had already made his commission, and he still took the time to show me how everything worked. To go one step further, Lance has followed up with me a few times to make sure I'm happy with the RDX and to see if I had any questions. He has always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Again - this was AFTER THE PURCHASE. Recently, he did his 6 month follow up with me, and I did have a concern. Lance took it upon himself to go talk to the service team for me and "fight" on my behalf. I am sitting here today at Muller's Acura, getting my car taken care of, because of him. AMAZING service. Lance really goes above and beyond - THIS is what getting a car should be all about. He's a caring person, not just someone that wants to sell you a car and forget about you. Lance will help you before, during, and after purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend coming and seeing Lance at Muller's Acura. I hope to buy my next car from Lance (but not too soon, as I love my RDX!).
