I felt they worked to find a solution instead of focusing on just making a sale. They spent time that was valuable with us- explaining different options, answering questions and being professional and courteous throughout the process. I test drove an MDX on a Wednesday and then worked with him over text messages. I bought my Certified MDX 3 days after I test drove it. I went to Muller's on Saturday around 3:50 PM CT and was out in an hour driving the MDX. Being nice and honest towards your customer is the best business practice and Sebastian is very good at it. Patrick from Finance was also very helpful and gave me enough time to get him the check from my lender. Overall Muller's Acura is the best because they have good employees and I wish all the other delearship's are like Muller's. More
