He'd been working to get my sister into a MDX and she kept telling me how great he was to work with. She was right (as usual). Dealing with Sebastian has been hassle-free and fun from the beginning. I loved not having to jump through hoops just to get a no-nonsense quote on a vehicle. Everything was set before I even made the hour-long trip into the dealership. Sebastian had my RDX sitting inside and ready to go. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling and you can tell he genuinely loves Acura!!! Myles handled my lease and was excellent to deal with as well. Walked out of the door with a smile on my face and I've been having a blast driving my new RDX ever since. Such a Wonderful Experience I can't explain how I had such a great experience at Muller's Acura with Barb and Myles. I had previously been to 3 other dealerships in person and fe I can't explain how I had such a great experience at Muller's Acura with Barb and Myles. I had previously been to 3 other dealerships in person and felt as if I was being pressured, talked down to, and lied to. I had done my research well in advance and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. The moment I met Barb, she was just amazing. She understood that I knew what I wanted and worked WITH me to get the best deal. I didn't feel pressured and she didn't try to convince me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. She was knowledgeable, profession, courteous, and so friendly. I feel so lucky I was able to deal with such a great salesperson! And as far as the financing was concerned, Myles was amazing to work with as well. He took his time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. They both truly made it such an easy experience for me, that I look forward to the next time I can work with them again. I can't recommend them highly enough. I live about 35 minutes away and there are a few Acura dealerships closer to me, but I had such a great experience there, that I am thinking of having all of my maintenance there as well.
